The property looked outdated and could use some renovation. One of the towels on the room had holes. We had issues with the room key which we received 5 minutes before as the door first didn’t open. The parking is nit free.

Good hotel

Everything was handy for our short stay in offenburg the hotel has a bus stop outside which can bring you to town or the station. A bonus to have a swim too morning and evening . Staff were very friendly and helpful in the bar and at the desk.

Good but shouldn't have to pay for parking

25 mins from Europa park. Not in the middle of town, ease of access. Vending machines in the hotel.

Paid parking (12 euros a day!!) When there's a free car park just the other side of the hotel!

The willingness to accept, that their performance was not good and the "promise" to improve...

Welcome and treat guests with respect and professional. Do not blame "incompetence" (first clerk could not find the two bookings I had) on the guest! More accuracy to invoicing - parking shall be charged by the number of parked cars - not by the number of booked romms! The hotel and the restaurant is a bit run down. A major overhaul is required. Including elevator - if broken: fix it!

For the prices & star rating, this was very disappointing.

There were ensuite bathrooms with shampoo, body wash & two towels per person. It was warm enough.

We got a message in the week of our trip to say the restaurant was out of use. One of the rooms smelled of mould, had a broken mirror on the door, had a fly buzzing around in the room when we arrived. Our rooms were three floors apart so the kids were a long way from us. the dresser unit had lots of hanging rails but no coat hangers. One one cup for 2 people. The electricity sparked when we tried to charge our phones and we got errors about checking cables etc and ended up having to turn the tv on all night so we could charge our phones.
