A really good place to stay .

Really good breakfast , spacious renovated rooms , very good grounds for our dogs to play , excellent & helpful reception staff.Easy location to find with restaurants close by.

Nice hotel near Futuroscope

I liked the interior design with the original room doors. It's a comfortable place with nice common facilities, like the garden and bar with a pool table. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, very comfortable! And includes a kettle and tea

It’s okay just for a night, I think probably because it’s cheaper compare to other hotel in the area.

Fast check in. Easy to find. Bed is comfortable.

It’s very basic. Restaurant has no staff no service, we waited for 20 mins, saw the staff wander around, set our table but didn’t bother to bring us a menu or any other things. Room has no kettle, stuffy at night.

The location, practicality, the staff were lovely

The family rooms were much lower end than the standard double rooms. Our group had one of each, clearly family rooms were not seen to be as important, sad for a hotel near a theme park.

hotel from hell, made fawlty towers look like the Ritz.

absolutely nothing, wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. couldn’t leave as it was nearly midnight when bed problem discovered.

stained bedsheets/ hairs in bed/ smoke alarm disabled with tissue paper by previous guests to allow for them smoking. Manageress was arrogant/insolent and downright ignorant. told my wife to shut up when she queried the stained sheet, after being told that they were clean and acceptable by the manageress.

Exceptional

The hotel is easy to find, in a quiet area, ideal to have a proper rest. The room was clean and spacious and the personal helped us to modify our reservation (due to an unforeseen delay) and during the check in. There are many amenities in the hotel but we did not have time to use them. There is also a restaurant in the hotel and it was great to have dinner there after a long trip.

We were three and in the room there were only 2 glasses and 2 cups. We asked for a third one but they said they only provide 2. Anyway, not a big issue.

the lift quite small as I’m wheelchair user .very tight fit in the lift with my electric scooter. it’s a shame that the room had no air conditioning.
