Good quality/price hotel

Very good for its purpose. Lots of people use this hotel for on going travel and its place is very strategic. The shared bathrooms are not the most up to date, but do the job.

Minimalist and cheap

Staff helped when needed. The hotel is well located and very minimalist. Clean and new

Some things don't work in communication, staff started entering room to clean in the morning while we were in bed. Breakfast was poor. Bread coffee and not much more.

Nice spot for an overnight stay whilst avoiding the city centre

It is conveniently located for those travelling as it's outside the city. The hotel is well decorated, clean and quiet, despite being located beside a major road. There are restaurants in the vicinity

The check-in process took some time as there wasn't anyone at reception. I didn't understand whether the issue was that they were having dinner/taking a break or doing something somewhere else. There was a family waiting to check-in, for apparently some time, when I arrived. Once we managed to get hold of a person to check-in, it was seamless.

the room is far too small, the bed is unbelievably uncomfortable, only one rubbish pillowis given, no place to put your things, ensuite toilet shower is so tiny that i didn’t bother washing.

It was really clean, oone double room gets the sheets on, the other room wasn't. Rooms were clean that was the most important. Sharing bathrooms were clean as well.

Having to share bathrooms and toilet even if they were clean. Actually it was for a short time but not easy with 3 kids to manage the sharing bathrooms in the front of the stairs.

Hot, noisy and messy

Close to a nice pizzeria and other restaurants. Close to the highway (I was travelling with family). Beds are not so bad (or I was extremely tired and didn't care)

It's not acceptable you have no hands washer other than in your room. You go from toilets to your bedroom without washing hands - that goes for all the toilet users... opening doors, touching everywhere... Noise at 23:30 in the corridors, non English person at the reception, no towels to dry hands anywhere or drier, extremely hot rooms with a warning to not open the windows at the window...

The staff (both at night and in the morning) were super friendly and helpful! 10 out of 10 for the staff!

The room was on the ground floor and the window looked into a carpark which meant we couldn't open the blind as everyone could look in
