nice trip

nice room, spacious

the restaurant was closed and I was only informed when I arrived. I asked about the swimming pool twice at reception but I had to go back a 3rd time to ask for the entry code for the pool - i should have been told when I asked the previous times

A little disappointed

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. Good crossiants.

Disappointed with the standard of room:- Air con doesn't go below 21c which isnt great Tatty room doesn't feel like 4 stars. Dirty carpet. Shower holder didnt hold shower up and bath didnt drain away. Breakfast was okay quite expensive for the quality. Overall felt like the cost per night is a little excessive but its August and school holidays.

Good Location for Travelling

Location to the A10 for an overnight stay, the rooms are well presented and clean.

The restaurant menu is limited choices, the room is good except the bathroom has no walk in shower not mobility friendly.

Pathetic, another French hotel without heating and given non-sense answers about it

Location

The pool and the fact that you pay full price but you don't get heating. You contact reception, they say they were going to sort it and they don't do anything. Following morning, I complain and I have to withstand patronising non-sense from receptionist. Enough is enough. If we stay at a hotel with children, at least, at least, least, to not sleep under 18 C without blankets in the room and children shivering

The breakfast was poor, we came down at 09:15, well before breakfast service ended. The bacon was like shoe leather and the eggs were cold and hard. The bar was closed by 22:10.

the bed is ok, large parking space, the photos of the hotel looked very nice, but we had the worst night sleep ever

terrible airconditioning! you are not able to adjust it yourself, it is controlled by hotel and you have to bother hotel staff by calling reception every time to change settings. A chemical heavy flower odor is put in the room, we felt it in our chest after breathing it in for a while and had to open the window and were still wide awake at 03:00 am.

Very pleasant

Everything was really good and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and there wasn’t any bars / restaurants open until the evening - a very small issue but it didn’t spill the stay.
