An exceptional alpine retreat with world-class hospitality that made us feel right at home

I cannot express our gratitude to Stella, Bojan, and the entire team at Hotel Lipa enough. Their hospitality was exceptional; every interaction made us feel like part of the family rather than just guests. The hotel itself perfectly captured the alpine holiday of my dreams—the interior and exterior design provided a wonderful sense of place that we were really hoping for. Our room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, featuring excellent beds and a stylish bathroom. The location is ideal for a ski holiday; it was the perfect base to fuel up with a consistently excellent breakfast before hitting the slopes, and a cozy place to rest afterward. We felt completely relaxed and taken care of throughout our stay.

A wonderful hotel in a stunning setting!

Beautiful setting, lovely room, exceptional bathroom. Very close to the beautiful village of Kranjska Gora. Breakfast was also exceptionally good quality and a lovely way to present it.

The whole stay from start to finish was perfect. Beautiful Pom to greet us - room snug with beautiful view of the surrounding mountains - breakfast was delicious- Underfloor heating in bathroom and lovely cafe products .

Good location, decent size room and good parking outside hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was dark and quiet at night

Wonderful family run hotel.

Large, comfortable attractive room with a beautiful balcony. Lots of storage. Breakfast is good, but dinner is superb - and very reasonably priced. We had the chef’s menu with wine pairing and it was fantastic. Lots of hiking routes nearby, and you can get the bus to eg Vrsic Pass right outside.

Amazing stay in Kranjska Gora

Great hotel close to the center, very comfortable and spacious rooms as well as bathroom. Amazing breakfast with view to the mountains. The lounge is also nice with coffee and cakes in the afternoons.

We stayed in the summer and the room can get pretty hot, especially during the nights.

Our apartment was very comfortable, very clean, everything was at a high level. Restaurant is also very nice. It is obvious that great attention has been paid to every detail. Location is great. We are completely satisfied.

The perfect accommodation for a fair price

Vey nice small hotel. We had everything we needed. The rooms very clean and cosy. The breakfast was amazing and we were just 2 minute drive from the ski slopes. The owners smile and kindness was a very nice touch to the whole experience. Definitely coming back.

Hotel Lipa was very easy to find and had plenty of room for parking. The service was excellent in every way - friendly, polite and informative. Breakfast was exceptional, with a grand selection of meats, cheese, cereals, breads, spreads and more

Gorgeous little hotel near the mountains

The rooms are spaceous and heated throughout. The beds are comfortable (semi-firm mattresses). The bathrooms are huge and the water pressure in the showers is excellent. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The only critique, if at all, is that the breakfast is a little...sparse. The mix of breads and pastries is small and the only warm food on offer is eggs. Considering the hotel has a restaurant attached, I was expecting more.
