Fantastic view

We had a room with a mountain view which was fantastic. Lovely to have a balcony looking over the mountains, too. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, plentiful and good quality. The hotel is situated in the centre of town which is super. Parking is easy at the hotel. There is also a lovely terrace at the back where you can enjoy a drink from the bar and take in the mountain views.

Wonderful family stay

Very friendly and helpful staff who made sure our family of 4 had two adjoining rooms and then even better, they had interconnecting doors, so we were basically in a little apartment all 4 of us, with a kids room and a parents room. Lovely and clean and really comfy beds. We paid extra for a balcony and the mountain view was spectacular.

Staff on the door at breakfast were a bit stern! A jolly smile would have been nice of a morning but it is probably a very stressful job.

Location was fantastic. We opted to pay a little extra and get a superior room (room with a Mountain View) and it was totally worth it.

A little dated. Lack of AC or any type of ventilation (no fans or central air) made for some uncomfortable sleeping nights during the week we visited. Staff was mostly friendly with the exception of one lady that worked at check-in during the morning shift. She got into a very uncomfortable verbal argument with on the of the guests and seemed to be a little abrasive all around.

Great stay

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which I really enjoyed. Although the hotel itself didn’t have a wellness area or pool, I had access to excellent wellness facilities and a swimming pool in the neighboring hotel, which was a great bonus.

Decent hotel at a perfect spot for holidaying in any season.

The hotel is clean, the staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast includes a variety of foods, so everyone can find what they like. It is perfectly located, has a spacious own parking lot. The room is big enough for 2. Ours faced south, and we had a balcony with spectacular views.

I'd say that, other than in winter, swimming pool should not be heated to 30 C, because this is the temperature for medical spas. In spring-/summer, don't expect to refresh in this pool.

Terible expiriance worst I had in my many travels.

Nothing!

First and worst receptionist don’t know how to do his work. Part of problem was they didn’t see our reservation on Booking.com before our arrival. Even tho we booked day earlier and come at 18:00 h. So our room wasn’t ready but still he give us room cards and send us in room. I had to go back to reception more then few times to get all we need for our stay. But worst is still to come. After we went to pool which is ok, nothing special but ok, we come back to room and I started to shower my kids to realise we don’t have hot water…not even worm just cold and very cold!!! Finded out in that mess that light in main room also don’t work. On my new complain on reception got answer that he is just working there and that he will send handy man to check. After check we got warm water, not hot, and light fixed…wasn’t bulb but something alse in instalations…we went to dinner outside hotel and atleast that was realy great. In the morning we again didn’t have hot water…. Also one electrical plug didn’t work what we found out when we tried to charge two mobile phones at once…they did give us discount at end also they apologize but dear people avoid this outdated hotel! Also this is not even near four star hotel as you will expect.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!

had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the surrounding mountains was simply breathtaking. The pool was spotless, and the wellness area was fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The food was delicious, and to top it all off, they surprised me with a bottle of prosecco in my room for my birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more special. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely March ski

The location was perfect, as it was the end of winter season, not many people anywhere, lovely March weather with super skiing. Breakfast very good, everything you might imagine, maybe please add some more gluten-free bakery choice. The swimming pool after the ski was just perfect relax. Many restaurants in the cute village, easy to find place for 6 people .

Convenient Location and amazing Staff

The hotel is commendable, boasting a satisfying breakfast with a diverse range of choices. Its prime location in the heart of Kranjska Gora was enhanced by the unexpected presence of a street food festival right outside the hotel. This was a pleasant surprise as it offered excellent vegetarian options. The receptionist's exceptional service included providing recommendations for various areas worth exploring. Adding to the positive experience, the hotel offered complimentary parking that even featured an Electric Charge Point – a delightful convenience.

Not daily cleaning option, towels from rooms have to be used in wellness as well, so after time spent in wellness you have all towels wet and not comfortable.

Gréât hôtel apart from plumbing issues

Excellent breakfast and pleasant pool area. The bedding was comfortable. Balcony had good view of mountains.

A few hours after we checked in we returned to the room after dinner to find an overpowering smell of urine coming from behind the bed area. We thought there might have been a plumbing leak somewhere. We had to move room very late. The staff obliged us but it was inconvenient and they were not particularly apologetic for this unpleasant experience.

Perfect 4 in all aspects - if you came to ski, you will not regret your choice

Very nice hotel at the very ski slope. Very friendly stuff, spatious lobby and each floor has a "small lobby" with tables for playing cards, board games, ... Rooms are rather small, beds confortable, nice and spacious teraces. Nice swimingpool - not small, with few extras. Breakfast is the same every morning, but it has enough chices to make different choices if you feel like it. Kids loved american pancaces that are "machine made" in front of you. Bad sides - juices in breakfast offer are "from the machine" so I tried, and decided to stick to the water. Worst dissapointment is coffee - I do not have high expectations, but this coffee qualifies for worst hotel coffees I've tried. Next morning I decided to go for tea, and again dissapointed - my favorite is Earl Gray (or English Breakfast) - not in the selection. So Indian had to do :). Other little thing I could mention - bathrobes are extra charged (5Eur per person). But the good side of it is that they are very quality and soft, so mybe that is OK. Overall - we came to ski, we had very nice time. Everything is devoted to it - position of the hotel, facilities, times, ... If you are thinking about this hotel and price suits you - go for it, you will not regret.

location, the view of the ski pistes, bars, services, breakfast was very good. private parking is very big and free for hotel guests. pistes are right in front of the hotel so you dont need to walk with skis.

only 1 elevator very old and slow. dinner open buffet is very limited. bathroom doors are not closing. need to be fixed.
