Ramada Resort Kranjska Gora

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small but the balcony has a nice view if you have the a room looking to the back mountain. Breakfast buffet is really nice and has many healthy options like warm vegetables, lots of fruit and seed/nut options.

The rooms and bathrooms are quite small and everything is dated and feels used and not taken care of. We did not use the pool area.

The room was very basic and lacked some amenities that are normally expected nowadays. For example, there was no power outlet near the bed, which made it inconvenient to charge devices during the night. The bathroom was also rather impractical, as there was no shelf or suitable surface to place personal toiletries and belongings. While the hotel was clean and the stay was acceptable, the facilities felt old-fashioned and could benefit from modernization and some attention to detail. With a few improvements, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

Excellent breakfast and pleasant pool area. The bedding was comfortable. Balcony had good view of mountains.

A few hours after we checked in we returned to the room after dinner to find an overpowering smell of urine coming from behind the bed area. We thought there might have been a plumbing leak somewhere. We had to move room very late. The staff obliged us but it was inconvenient and they were not particularly apologetic for this unpleasant experience.
