Rooms were exceptionally clean, loved it was quiet in this part of town, close walking distance to pretty much anything in town, great breakfast, and friendly staff.

Room was clean.
Breakfast was made for 6 courses, but If somebody need gluten free or vegetarian breakfast it is completely bad. We prefer continental breakfast everybody can choose what can eat and like. This was waste of money. Accomodation was very expensive.

Superb
Great. The location is great, close to the city center, yet a little away from the busy road so it is quiet at night. The host is friendly and helpful. He personally prepared breakfast every day and also complied with our wishes. The room is nicely furnished and clean. WiFi signal and speed are good. A few bikes are also available. I recommend.
