bed sheets were soft and comfy. Nive big TV in room.
The hand soap and body wash smelt horrible! Please change - not pleasant at all. Room seemed clean but as expected.

What didn’t like about it. The staff were incredibly. They couldn’t do enough for you. It was clean, it had excellent facilities and was just the stay we needed

Staff especially at reception very good. Was able to change my booking I made on booking.com and response times was impressive.
The gym could do with updating. Kit is dated. Also bathroom in bedroom also a bit dated.

Comfy bed, good size bathroom and seating area/desk was a nice touch
Found a hair on the bed sheets, and the bathroom didn’t feel fully clean. The metal toilet roll holder was super rusty and filthy looking, and the bath tub had marks. The hotel should invest in refurbishing the rooms, very old fashioned and could tell things should have been replaced a long time ago.
