Great room and bathroom. Lovely self service breakfast.
Good evening meal in the restaurant and nice spa facilities.
The Aircon was on and the room was too cold

Good location (on an industrial estate so need a car if you want to go out and about).
Gym was good
Staff were all brilliant, by far the best asset of hotel.
No air con in my room, just blowing around hot air (yes it was 36 degrees so I didn’t complain) they offered a room move and a fan.
Breakfast was very sub standard - like canteen food.

The room
Food wasn’t good and very overpriced. I think 10% would be more usual amount as a tip if warranted. The staff were very straight faced with minimal interaction. But if this is a company service charge, and not a shared tip, then you can understand why!
