Very good couple of days.

Room was great. Loved being able to swim and use the sauna. The staff were very very helpful - there was a noise in the room which kept my partner awake so they kindly swapped our rooms.

The hotel is beautifully presented from the minute you park your car. All of the facilities were of a very high standard.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful, very accommodating to us when we needed late check out, a different hair dryer 😂 and another pillow; nothing was too much for them! The bed was so comfy! Aircon/heating worked really well. And Meal was really nice!

Noticed on arrival but didn’t bother to say, the side of the bed frame was dirty with what looked like coke splashed on it that someone has spilt, which came off when wiped; some of it was also on the walls, also a few long hairs from someone else (different length and colour than mine) on the sofa in windowsill room. cleanliness could’ve been slightly better but understand things get missed 😊

Beautiful ambiance. Love it

The reception staff were phenomenal, sadly i don’t remember their names but it was a male and female on the evening of 2 January. Those two know the assignment of being on a front desk. You come across people like that you’ll visit again. We had an amazing weekend there.

Dirty changing room and pool area. (Sticking plaster on the floor). Rowdy drunken couples, playing music in the jacuzzi spoiled our experience

Overall, it was a very good stay. The spa area was great the pool, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi were all excellent and well maintained. Everything worked properly and the atmosphere was relaxing. The only downside was the bed. On my previous stay, the bed was very comfortable, but this time it felt worn out and extremely soft, almost sunken in. Sleeping was quite difficult during the night. I’m not sure if this was just an issue with my room, but it definitely affected the quality of my sleep. Aside from that, everything else was fine and enjoyable.

Rooms were clean, nice bar area and staff where very friendly.

Food was meh! We ate at the bar, but the food we received wasn’t great. Maybe just the items we bought, but both my husbands and my meals lacked seasoning. It was very bland.

The room had ample space, the bed was lovely. What stole the show was the shower as the water pressure was perfect 👌🏽 We were gutted that we could.not use the pool etc. One for next time!

The HVAC could not be controlled as the heating controls did not respond, we had to turn it off and leave a window open for a while.

Front the day we arrived staff was brilliant bedrooms clean and comfortable

I would have thought a large company like yourselves would have a dress code for your main restaurant I could not believe that you let people in wearing White House coats and slippers iin for breakfast I could see some came from the swimming pool where others you could see that they had on their night clothes I hope I am not the only person to complain about this please can I have a reply to the above on

Our stay in the room was great because our company made it so. A bath - we don't have one at home! Pool and Steam room. Changing facilities, although hairdryers were not working. Nice atmosphere Overall I would stay again. Just because the Hotel was nice, nicely priced for facilities and with this feedback things may change.

Draw in room did not shut. Pillows awful Bed far too soft TV picture quality was poor Too hot in room and no air-con as November No plugs by beds so we could not charge/scroll at the same time. Asked for a rare steak which came cold. Took it back and I then had a Medium ! Should have had another as only one small mouthful taken to determine that it was cold. Asked if all ok. I said no. Waitress not interested in addressing my concern

No mini fridge in superior queen room, staff informed me at the end of stay, it should've had one and that they could've refrigerated my cold drinks... which wasn't helpful at that point. Iron was very leaky, soaked my clothes. Breakfast was poor... dirty dishes and glasses (literally had to sieve through for a while to find one that was remotely clean) mushrooms were poorly prepared
