Great owner very welcoming was very upfront about the small room being small but having everything I needed and he was right. Allowed me to borrow an iron no hassle great breakfast

Great location; an easy walk to central Peterborough. Fabulous cooked breakfast by a cheerful host. Facilities of fridge, microwave and dishes in the room very appreciated. Family run business feels homely.

Kevin, the manager, was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Full English breakfast was splendid. Location handy for the cathedral for my concert with the City of Peterborough Symphony Orchestra. Parking available across the road in a public car park. Room rate very reasonable.
Really cannot fault the accomodation and am already considering rebooking when I have another concert with the orchestra in November.
Full marks all round - no complaints! Well, the wife could have done with a hairdryer, but I bet Kevin would have found one if she'd asked!
