Interesting for a leisure stay.

Helpful staff. Quiet but quite central location. Interesting decor.

I think the top floor room caused me building sickness due to its low sloping ceiling and step within the room. WiFi was on and off. Cannot hold a meeting.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional.

Could hear traffic noise alot and people moving around upstairs. Room was also chilly when I checked in but warmed up quite quickly.

Valentines day

Had flowers rose petals and balloons for the wife on valentines, she was surprised and very happy, thank you for doing a excellent job. Room was very nice too. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Clean and value for money

Convenient location. Breakfast cooked and served in room. I had an issue with the heating but the staff were really helpful and sorted it straight away.

Great stay with my partner

The staff were amazing, very friendly , happy and helpful.

The area was very rough outside of the hotel. Our room was very cold and very small. Lots of rubbish in and around the car park, ie a sofa and a fridge freezer plus rubble. Our room was clean except, there was old coffee splattered all up the back of our bathroom door , and a lot of hair on our bed under the petals.

The Hole Hotel was amazing everything was just bootieful & the Ladie that was on the desk when we booked in was lovely & very helpful if we could score her it would be a 10/10...I will be coming again & Staying xx

The only thing I didn't like when I booked it on line it didn't tell me that the restaurant was under renovations So was a little disappointed but we wasn't in the hotel very long as was in & out most the day/night as did loads of Christmas ⛄🎄🎁 shopping xXx

Location was perfect for the theatre very quick walk. Made life easy. Room was big. Comfortable.

Lovely small hotel, with spacious rooms, comfortable bed and very friendly staff.

The walls are thin, I could clearly hear my neighbor next to me. Breakfast in room is nice option, but would prefer a smaller breakfast room instead.

Good value for 1 nights stay if you need to be near the town centre.

It was close to the town centre, the room was clean and the staff were all extremely polite.

The bedding was not good quality. The doors of the rooms either side kept waking me up because there was a loud bang when they shut. I specifically said that I did not need my room cleaning AND left the do not disturb card on the door handle but the cleaner still went into my room. The staff were apologetic but it had already happened. I can’t stay there again as I need to work from my room, leaving my laptop and other items out.

My third stay was a little disappointing to say the least.

This was my third stay. It’s a little gem of a hotel.

Disappointingly, on this occasion, I didn’t have a very good sleep being woken around 04:00 hrs by various noises. No idea what they were, or where from, although it’s quite an old building, so you’d expect some noises through the night. However, these were excessive and quite regular after 04:18 (yes, I checked the time on my phone). I have emailed the hotel and not received an acknowledgement, much less a response. Maybe it was extra terrestrial activity?🥹

6 years ago was amazing....3 years ago was fine... This time room was cold...very cold... Air conditioning helped a bit but not that much. It absolutely doesn't deserve 4 stars anymore sorry...

Very little. It’s close to the town centre but in a very unattractive area. We were actually advised by the receptionist NOT to turn right from the hotel when we were looking for somewhere to eat!

Almost everything. The room was ok and clean to be fair. However there was no restaurant which was not made clear when we booked - the adjacent Indian restaurant was closed. Food could be ordered in - not our idea of a nice break! Breakfast was ordered via a sheet which was handed to reception - to be delivered to our room in the morning. It never arrived because the order sheet was never passed on - despite us having paid in advance.

Garbage hotel to stay

Everything is garbage in this hotel room smells like trash ! Dirty chairs and toilet seats are completely broken down .

I didn’t like everything in this hotel however I didn’t get the room that I have paid for it. They’ve given my room to somebody else . I would never make any reservations in dirty places

The property’s location is good as your not in the city centre but close enough to walk

We were woken up at four in the morning by the guest above and lasted for over an hour, I know this isn’t the hotels fault but when we said to a member of staff about it he found it funny and was laughing about it, then when he went to the room he said he heard no noise then came back and argued the toss about it saying he heard nothing

Great hotel and access to London

Perfect for what we wanted. Great value and able to commute into London easily. Nearby restaurants absolutely lovely. Staff were very nice and breakfast in bed good value for money. Also got a clean and only staying two nights. Didn't expect that for the price.

Very bad and staff was very rude

They suspected I was a fake person very rude and booked and they took payment in advance when it said they won’t don’t recommend this place at all disgusted with their behaviour and they asked for more money and asked me to use the same card I paid for it and told me that’s not my card and I had to provide my driver licence and same back card that was named on it which was mine

The rooms are huge and tastefully decorated. All the staff were friendly and professional. Bed really comfy. The restaurant was amazing, food really good! Breakfast to the room in the morning was once again brilliant. 😋
