I needed to travel to Peterborough at relatively short notice. I ofund this hotel online - read the reviews and confirm that they are accurate. when you enter the Hotel building it is a place of calm this was the first thing I noticed. the staff are very helpful and kind - also very professional. I n my room the bed was not so comfortable, I told Front of House about this and they arranged for a mattress topper to be added - it made a difference. The breakfast at only £12 if booked the night before [£15 on the day] is incredible value, and again all staff were really professional. Wherever possible on my return journeys to Peterborough I will make this hotel my destination. I am very pleased that I found it.

Booked very last minute and when I arrived, staff were welcoming and no issues with arrival. Easy use of parking and they reimburse when you stay. I cant wait to stay again and use the restaurant as that looks lovely also.

This hotel was great, really friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were good. Decent bar and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Nice decor if you’re into more traditional surroundings. Room I had was slightly dated but comfortable and did the job. Would definitely stay again.

Central location though difficult to drive to because of its location. Clean hotel with friendly staff but old classic with noisy bathroom fan and old windows. For the money there are good competitors out there worth considering.
