Great Accomodation

Overall I've stayed in this hotel 3 or 4 times now and its a lovely hotel, the lady who you speak to prior to entering is nice and gives you a concise description on how to enter the hotel including key cards and such, quite clean and each room I've been in (2 different ones) have complimentary tea/coffee and a small pack of biscuits, the first room i stayed in was 44 pound and came with two space heaters which was rather pleasant since its winter, and was overral a nice room for the price, the more expensive one, around 70 pounds come with a mini fridge, a washing machine, nice bathroom and alot of walk space, its not everyone's cup of tea but there's pigeons nesting outside before entering and that's quite nice since I have a pigeon of my own, I like that the hotels tucked away in a little alley and either side of the hotel is fast food and shops, so less then a 20 second walk for food and such, there's no desk or anything and its all done online (via whatsapp), would stay again, great accommodation

No actual issues just the shower curtain in the more expensive room could use some more stability, but its an easy fix if it falls so not necessarily bad or anything

The bed I slept in was completely worn in They also a microwave facility, but they don’t have any knives or forks So don’t bother buying a microwave meal Very noisy from the outside, which they can’t help, but the window didn’t shut properly either

Staff behaviour. I forgot my luggage there and I asked them to keep it somewhere till evening so that I can collect it, but they refused it. And I needed to book a room for another day just for them to keep my luggage. That was really disappointing

A clean and convenient place for a short overnight stay in Peterborough.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-located. Check-in was smooth, and the space felt secure and comfortable for a short stay.

Parking was a bit tight and not clearly marked. The heating took a while to warm up, which wasn’t ideal in cold weather.

Good location. Good price. For short stay& one night

The location was perfect, close to theatres, cathedral, city centre, restaurants. Room was big enough. Private bathroom - was clean. Despite the local pub and takeaway on night time was quiet.

Kettle was broken. TV remote didn't work. Microwave was far from socket.To turn it on and use it, you have to put it on the floor. Towels were grey....Just one tea cup for two persons. Just 2 coffee sachets for 5 night stay for 2 persons....

Location was great

The decoration was odd mismatched. The microwave was put on a counter but you could not use it unless you put it on the floor. The shower was freezing cold Not enough towels Took ages to get into building and then ages to get into the room due to the system.

The location is great but not much else

Very loud, other blasting music very early on throughout the night. Left after one night and went home as the place with that bad. It was dirty and the place stunk throughout, the smell and noise was unbearable. You would have people blasting music outside of your door for no reason it was a dreadful experience and ruined my staff that much I left the event I was attending just to come home.

Check-in,location and general appearance of the access. A message was sent requesting photo of guest. This was sent on the day we arrived so there was no prior warning and access was refused without it so we had to stay at another hotel. A very disappointing experience. With prior knowledge of this place I would never have booked it.

There were loads of facilities but many were old. The atmosphere on arrival was unbreathable.

The bed (old and lumpy), the pillows (ditto), the blankets (old and manky), the bathroom (old appliances, big cracks in the basin, horrible shower), the room was stuffy despite window open. Terrible cooking smells from restaurant below when I walked in. Good to have a fridge but it was noisy,

Worst place ever

Didn't. Like anything at all. Service is non existent. Rude host.

Woke at 3am in the morning to pop outside to have a smoke. Only to be acostted in the hall way by some bloke asking me if I'm ok. Scary. Right. Room discussting. Dark dingy. Not enough lighting. Smoke alarm was thrown in the wardrobe. Floorboards near the fridge and bathroom doom coming up. Fridge needs replacing. Microwave omg. More rust inside the microwave than anything else. Enough to poison your food. Miss match furniture. And wardrobes stored in the room like it's a storage room. Table and chairs so rickity scared to sit on them incase they collapsed. Windows. Nets and curtains could do with a very deep clean. Now the bathroom. Shower has more mould in the grouting and shower tray then a wheel of Stilton cheese. Plaster on the walls crumbling off. And the hot water tap. In the sink doesn't work. Looking at other comments there's been no hot water in any sink since 2024 as I have seen the hot water issues mentioned. The bathroom floor needs relaying. And both the room door and bathroom door could do with being changed. I slept fully dressed on top. Of the bed. Because of the state of the place. But I still ended up with insect bits on my arms and legs. And even brought a bug home in my bag from the room. To. Which I have now thrown a perfectly good rucksack away because of this. All in all I would let my dog stay there. And to think that they take your money for such a poor horrible discussting dirty place. Shouldn't be allowed. I do have videos I took. But it won't let me download them.

Good value for money but the area is rough and not for a solo lady traveller.

Clean and tidy

The area is a little rough, the front door is down a little alley, and the room was up 3 flights of stairs, . Parking my car cost £8 overnight as I didn’t want to call y my laptop, overnight bag far. There was no fridge and The area where the accommodation is was noisy. To be honest as a solo lady traveller I would not choose this accommodation again.

Disgusting and dangerous

Nothing to like.

What a horrible experience. 1. terrible entrance to property which smelt grease. 2. Pitch black on stairs on way up to room as light comes on after you pass it resulting in tripping up the stairs. 3. Window handle in room snapped off just lying on window coll. 4. Shower very dirty wouldn't even be able to wash at sink as hot tap snapped off just sitting on sink. 5. Fire alarm on ceiling half ripped off with no batteries in it. Didn't even stay at property as to dangerous so ended up going home what a waste of money.

Not bad for this price

I didn't expect to get a room with fridge, microwave and kettle for such a price. A lovely lady showed me how to leave the building without going upstairs first and then downstairs - with my suitcase it was a good piece of advice. Everything was fine, and I didn't expect much as it's cheap but very close to train station - that's what I needed.

It was noisy outside and very stuffy, hot in the room. I won't recommend it for a light sleeper. Some furniture was woobly so I was careful around the table and chairs

Approach was choice and not in a nice area. Hot water would have been nice, 4 wheels on the mobile radiator would have been nice. Sink and toilet were both cracked

That was not value for money.

The location was fine near to Peterborough Station.

Heater was not working, window was malfunctioned and could not close. The entrance was messy and small definitely does not meet with any criteria.

It was ok apart from the parking problem

The 2nd room I was given after i night - it was much superior to the first one and on the first floor, not the second.

The lighting on the stairs which was supposed to come on with your approach. When I was moving out on the last morning the light on the first floor lobby wasn't working at all. No on site parking
