We got to the Hotel and we was allowed to check in early. The Hotel had a nice quaint Bar area and Restaurant. When I asked for the Liverpool match on, the Receptionist was happy to pull down the screen for me. The room was big with a big bed and TV. The bed was very comfortable. The room was triple glazing so did not here the traffic outside. The room also had an ironing board, which was added bonus. The hotel was in walking distance of the Train station, Restaurants and Bars. The hotel had a big car park too.
When we checked in I was told I could not have the Superior Room I upgraded too, but I was emailed by the hotel I could have my upgrade. 24 hours after I was told I could not have my Superior Room, and extra £9 was taken out of my account the upgrade I did not get. This was taken without our permission. The Receptionist the day before did not take the upgrade off. Was disappointed I did not get my upgrade, because I wanted to treat my Husband for Valentines Day. The shower and door was rusty and in need of an upgrade. The glasses in the room was slightly bigger than a shot glass, I had to ask for some more glasses from the bar. I had to provide my own water too, because I did not get my upgrade. Getting across to Asda was a pain, the pedestrian crossing to get across the road was a bit of a walk. It was raining hard too.

Location was excellent central for everything we wanted to visit
We didn’t have breakfast as was too expensive £16 per person we went to Morrisons and paid around 7 for full English breakfast for 5 people that’s a massive saving of around £50.00

The check in was very smooth, with my son and I receiving a complimentary early check in. The staff were friendly throughout, and really made my son feel very welcome. The breakfast was excellent, with a full range of hot and cold food, and the room was quiet, comfortable and a good temperature. Massive TV as well. We were travelling to watch a football match, and the hotel was a 15 minute easy walk from the ground with ample parking.
There wasn't really anything to criticise. For the price we paid, it was a really excellent night's stay.

Central to all restaurants.
No comfortable areas to relax as a party was happening the music was unbearably load which overtook the area for other guests.
Music heard from room into the night.

Loved the aviator chair and the large TV.
Everything except the shower tray which felt very 'spongey' felt like the board below attached to the plastic had collapsed on some way. Also the design of the tray with the waste in the middle was very poor. Have the waste at the end of the tray.

Very good location in Peterborough to be able to walk to Cathedral and city centre. Very convenient free parking.
Breakfast was a rather uninspiring. Seemed a little expensive for the level of facilities and food quality.

The room was large and cool, with a very comfortable double bed. The curtains were long and complete, but more importantly were easy to move and blocked out any unwanted light which was a great bonus to my sleep. The bathroom was clean, easy to navigate and had a decent enough shower. The staff were great, helpful and polite.
I suppose the only thing that was a bit of a let down was the breakfast - when I went in the morning despite it being under the heat lamps the food could only be described as lukewarm and that is generous. This was the only tarnish on an otherwise great stay.

Staff very welcoming and polite, room was clean and comfortable.
Restaurant menu, food was disgraceful. End up paying for 2 meals that I didn't eat as it was tasteless and poor presentation

We had a family room which had a double bed, two single beds coming out of the sofa bed and a wall separating our bed from these. Very big room for a family and quiet. We also had a small fridge, tea and coffee facilties in the room. The breakfast was excellent too.

Bed was comfy. Good location for where we needed to be and easy to find.
Food was terrible and took a long time to arrive. It was dry, no flavour, fish was more batter than fish and was also hard and overcooked. Worst meal we've had in a long time. There were 3 of us and none of us ate even half our meal

Room was a decent size, quiet and a comfortable bed. Reception staff were friendly
The bathroom was small and in need if renovation. There was an odd smell outside the hotel and leading into reception, a bit like sewage

Lovely Food and nice room but considering it is soundproof could hear everything.
The hotel needs proper car parking signage very miss leading as drove round three times not very good. Also the sulphur smell from the sewers outside well I guess it's coming from them does creep inside the hotel. It really did me off my food TBH.We were playing pool by the reception door also and everyone that opened the door bought the egg smell in with them.
