Not really suitable for someone with mobility issues.

Easy to find. Good value for a night stop en route to north Norfolk. Clean, practical.

Requested a suitable room for my disabled husband. The first room had no handrail by the toilet and the toilet was low. Receptionist was happy to changed the room to a disabled friendly room . That had a hand rail by the toilet but expected my husband to get into the bath which was totally impossible for him to use . We ended up back in the first room.

Im very happy that when you enter the hotel room when you open the door there is an alarm to notify you the door is being opened as my son has adhd & is unpredictable so it was a massive reassurance. I loved the shower & love that there was free WiFi and the staff was really friendly

The room was way to hot even with the window open and the heating turned off & there wasnt a fan in the room sadly but the stay that was mainly the downfall as it made it hard to sleep

Comfortable and spacious room and lovely shower. Quiet surroundings and friendly staff all made it a pleasant experience.

Asking for cleaning the room a day in advance meant we often forgot to ask in time and missed the room from Being serviced enough during our three week stay.

Nice style of room.

The loud air conditioning system, the room reeked of a previous person who had smoked in the room. A previous user had what looked like ejaculated down the window wall and let ut dry on the wall.

Corridor carpets were grubby and looked as though there isn’t a regular carpet cleaning activity. Dust on some surfaces in the bedroom and pillows were a bit tired.

it was great staff ,and helful easy to park and just put your car number when you stay ,its at a extra service station .so plenty to eat .the room was lovely so clean and tv good and heating good ,very clean hotel .easy to find and had teas coffee ,bed was really comfy ,the breakfast you get a ticket to go intro ,the service station and you get to choice 6 things cooked breakfast and tea and coffee so all was good out at 11 am so not to rush getting out good shower ,even at the service station it was very quite would use again x

Fantastic value for money with facilities being very clean and tidy

The room was spacious and bathroom and facilities were very very clean. One exception is that the windowsill was full of mould where the window had condensation. Overall good value for money and exceeded expectation.

The windowsill had lots of mould on it from condensation. It’s very tricky but even wiping it would have made it better.

15 mins from where we were for the weekend and lots of parking space

We only had 1 set of towels and no remote, mentioned this at 7.30 when we checked in, took until 10.10 to bring them up. Fusty smell in the room, couldn't open windows as they were screwed shut. Awoken during the night by a leak that didn't stop for quite awhile. Shower quite dirty

Comfortable rooms Quiet environment (I believe the hotel was far from being full).

One of the rooms was not well ventilated, due to a window which could not be opened any more The 1st floor lobby not clean enough

Cracking Hotel

Love this hotel, staff are lovely and always willing to help, the rooms are clean and smell so fresh when you arrive, beds are comfortable you can have a beer or a wine or a short to buy at reception outside the hotel is everything you could need.
