I loved the location, the neighbours were friendly, I felt safe at all times. The apartment is bright, kitchen is amazing & huge! Everything was eas access, check-in & out went smoothly. She even let me stay a few hours longer when I asked her for a very fair price. Bed was very comfortable, they had disney+ we could use for guests, two tvs. The bathroom is lovely. I enjoyed my stay alot and have nothing to complain about.

Sheets had not been cleaned and had a blood stain that went slightly into mattress pad. I immediately went to store and bought a complete sheet set and mattress pad because I had planned a stay and busy schedule over two weeks and didn’t have time to look for another place. They should have several sheet sets and clean them off site bringing a new set for each guest. The washer unit in the apartment is much too slow to allow for a timely turn around. Many little details could be improved upon. Some examples: Extra garbage bags in kitchen or at the bottom of rubbish containers so there’s something to put garbage in after you take the first bag out. A schedule telling you how often towels are changed. A shower caddy to hold soap and shampoo so you don’t have to reach to floor to pick them up. The first few pages of the manual for the washer/dryer printed out so you don’t have to find the model number and look up the manual on the Internet. A sheet that says what streaming services are on the television and having the same services on both televisions. I’d recommend a personal introduction to the apartment showing how things work. I was told via text that rubbish was next to unit number 25. I looked for garbage cans or a trash dumpster. However, there’s an addition like a porch attached to 25 apartment to put rubbish in. I’ve never seen this in North America.
