The worst apartments I ever stayed

The worst place to stay with family. No microwave, no cooking pots No kettle. Everything is dirty Only one of four chairs and the same onr broken No wi fi No response from staff Shower broken Sink doesn't flush down water Condoms empty packages behind the bed Heating doesn't work in the bathroom On the last night was staying around 30 teenagers In another apartments, they have loud music, and fighting, my kids get scared 😱. Never ever I'm not gonna come back to this place

Good location, Host was contactable however it was dirty and in need of a lot of TLC.

The location was sufficient for the duration of our stay and when I did raise one of the issues with the host they were quick to respond with an offer to move to an alternative apartment in the same complex however this would have involved us repacking and we would no longer be on the ground floor so we opted to stay put for the sake of one night.

The property appeared unfinished and unclean. As soon as we walked in we noticed that it didn't feel overly clean with bits on the floor (i.e... needing a good hover), some of the blinds were in need of repair, both toilet seats were not fitted so slid off multiple time and we raised an issue with he host due to a leak form the main bathroom when the sink was used (they did respond on this one and offered for us to move apartments). There were also missing drawer fronts off some of the furniture too.

No service. Took 5 hours of trying to get in as code was not working (apparently a fault on the system) and i could not get in properly when we come back. Tried to call, emails, text,voicemail and even contacted police as no one was responding.

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the property. It was clearly not cleaned before my arrival — there was food on the bedroom floor and under the bed, empty cans, and even condom wrappers down the side of the bed. The bedding had visible mould, which is completely unacceptable and a health hazard. To make matters worse, I received no communication from the host. The contact numbers provided did not work, and there was no response to any of my complaints. This experience was far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or professionalism.

Not clean, no facilities.

On first sight the apartment looks lovely. It’s a great location and the apartment building is new. Parking is convenient, and the rooms are a good size with all the fittings being new. However as soon as you start to settle in it’s not at all what it seems. There are paper blinds, which can’t be operated, so you need to have the lights on all the time. No natural light, which gets very depressing! The kitchen utensils were filthy, they obviously had been used, slightly rinsed and literally thrown in a drawer. No mugs, dirty kettle, bits of food in the kitchen sink, no kitchen towels, no washing up Liquid, no sponge to wash up with, no bath towels, no hand towels, no bath mats, no toilet roll, no hand soaps, blankets just stuffed in the cupboards. For me these are basic needs of someone who comes to stay. What made the whole stay worse was when I checked the bed. Lots of little bits of dirt, HAIR and mattress was disgusting!!! The bedding clearly hadn’t been changed. The bed was made up to look fancy and I guess they thought that’s ok. One of the bathroom sinks was leaking constantly. I tried to call, and also started a conversation through the means of the chat (what’s app). NO RESPONSE. I sent them pictures and videos. If your family looking for a clean place to stay this is not it.

Disappointed

Upon arriving at my apartment we had no microwave, no kettle, no hair dryer, no ironing board. No basic necessities whereas the other apartments did have these. I messaged to query this but got no response. There were dishes in the dishwasher which had mould growing on them. Only provided with 2 towels for family of 6. No bath mats and no hand towels. Such a lovely spacious modern apartment but a shame about the amenities and cleanliness.

It could be very nice but not yet.

This is supposed to be a 4 bedroom house. There are 2 double very basic bedrooms. with lamps on the floor. 1 room with an unwashed child's bunk bed 1 room that is completely empty other than all the curtains and bedding on the floor The shower screen has no seal at bottom so the bathroom will probably get flooded with 3 people showering twice a day. There is s large sofa for me to sleep on but the living room absolutely stinks of weed, cannabis. Really don't think this is an acceptable property for booking.com to be renting out for guests to stay in at the moment.
