    Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful and accommodating. Good sized pool and great steam room. Very comfy bed and lovely setting.

    The room was falsely advertised. It says that all rooms are air-conditioned but when I asked the receptionist she said there's no air-conditioned room at all in this hotel. The room was dusty and full of cobwebs by the window with 8 spiders on it. The was also no bin inside the toilet. Towels are clean though and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Location is great for us as we plan to hike pen y fan.
