Location and very friendly staff
The boiler was broken so we couldn't use our shower. Other facilities were made available to us

Good access for what we needed. Private room for us and kids for one night, clean and the staff were really nice. Nice atmosphere iand in a lovely area of Wales.
The water was not drinkable at the time. Told this temporary but it was very inconvenient. Also, for the same price of a decent hotel in a city, this was a bit of a scruffy room, and not very comfortable. Not knocking it, it was expected from a hostel in the woods but it was a bit pricey for what you got.

I loved the location of the hostel, it's got fabulous views, secluded yet felt safe, has so many nature walks and hikes to explore. And all of this is accessible through public transport.
The staff are very friendly and helpful too :)
There's nothing I didn't like- these things could have made it perfect! The pillows could be a bit more comfy and wifi is not accessible in the rooms

The staff were friendly and it was clean
It was not good value for money a hostel charging 4* hotel prices £160 for two! The breakfast was average not hot, parking was difficult, the bunk beds were child siize, wifi ineffective
