Warm, friendly welcome.
Helpful, quick response to any communications.
Wonderful freshly cooked breakfast.
Close to facilities.
Own key for access to building.
Pleasant garden space (although we didn't use as the weather was less good).
Nothing really, no private parking available - although we always had somewhere to park. Road noise may have been an issue if we'd had the front window open, but not a busy road.

We absolutely loved our stay. The room is kept extremely clean, modern, nicely renovated, spacious and cozy. Good size bathroom as well and heating was on the whole night. The breakfast was really good and the host was attentive and helpful!
there was a bit of road noise but having the windows closed blocked most of the noise. Didn't affect our stay.

Everything. Great decor, really good breakfast menu imaginative and flavoursome. Bedroom was so comfortable, good bed and pillows, lovely creams and gels.
Absolutely excellent and highly recommended.
