Kayt was extremely helpful when my circumstances resulted in me arriving after hours for my first night. My room was extremely comfortable and well-equipped - as an Air BnB host myself I noticed all the special and thoughtful touches, such as good quality toiletries and towels, including a dark coloured one for make-up. Kayt’s breakfasts were sublime and I can easily agree with the ‘best breakfast in town’ description! Altogether a lovely stay.

Excellently presented rooms. Comfortable. Welcoming staff. Lots of extras that really made our stay. Despite this changing ownership since our last stay its just as good.

Lovely room (and the rest of the property) tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean. Our room was really well equipped with the refreshments we’d requested, such as filter coffee and fresh milk. Great to have bath robes and a lovely range of products for the shower/bath. Really good breakfast’s on both mornings of our stay. The Welsh rarebit was especially delicious 😋

Great location, good facilities and all enjoyed. Part of a wedding party and all couples enjoyed their stay.

Really nice rooms with sweet touches like homemade cake etc. Kayt was very helpful and breakfast was very good.

No dislikes, but we were on top floor in room 7 and it was exceptionally hot. But I can’t expect them to install air con 😂

One of the best guest house we have ever stayed at, I'm so happy I found them made our stay great.

Katy & Huw were very welcoming, room was Ideal nicely set out very clean. Breakfast was the best excellent. I had a packed lunch and flask of coffee which was very good. I would certainly recommend The Coach House Brecon.

Breakfast was exceptional. The traditional Welsh and Buck Rarebit in particular were excellent. The room was tastefully furnished with a lovely walk in shower and the little extras such as daily fresh milk, free wifi and suggested eateries and attractions on your mobile were very well received as was the warm welcome throughout our stay.

Wonderful guest house in the heart of the Brecons

The room was the most comfortable room we have ever stayed in with an awesome clawfoot bath in the bathroom. Breakfast was superb and Kate and Hugh were the best hosts. The garden area was perfect for relaxing in after a day of exploring the surrounding area. There was plenty of information regarding the area and 'things to do' in Brecon and its surrounds. We wouldn't hesitate in staying here again.

Amazing!!!!

Our 2nd stay here and just as amazing as the first time. It’s the only place to stay if you’re coming to Brecon. Location is great for exploring. Facilities are amazing, everything you could want and more and of course fabulous hosts, and the best banana bread I’ve had. Thanks for a brilliant stay and can’t wait to come back.

Hiking weekend in the Brecon Beacons

Excellent service, breakfast and room design. Ideal for a hiking weekend with individual touches like boot covers to deal with dirt from hiking trails. Similarly, the separate entrance is ideal for hiking and keeps the reception area clean and tidy. The breakfast had a lovely range of hot dishes including local specialties like Welsh Rarebit.
