There was a slight problem with gaining access to the property and they dealt with it brilliantly.

Great location, we walked into the town in minutes several times each day. Brecon itself is a lovely town, very friendly and you must try the ice cream palour just a few doors up the street. Brecon is also a great base to explore the Brecon Beacons from.
I also was suffering from an iffy back just before the holiday so was a little concerned about sleeping in a strange bed, but the bed was very comfortable and I had the best nights sleep I'd had for weeks.
There wasn't any information material covering whats going on in the Town/Area or any information on the flat itself, like how to turn the heating down or what the Wi-Fi code is. It wasn't a problem but it would be nice if they could improve that.

Location good for walking into Brecon and surrounding river/canal paths
West end Fish Bar great chippy, friendly staff when collecting and dropping off keys.
Modernised bathroom
Kitchen table too cramped to sit at
No high chair
Sweeping brush needed
Not very clean throughout
Sofas old and dirty with throws on with holes in
Blinds in bedrooms didn't keep out any light
