Nice sized place with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed walking into town for dinner. Would stay here again.

Comfortable place was very clean

WiFi would not connect to phone or even the TV

Property was clean and easy walking distance to Brecon town centre.

No ambient/reading lighting other than main ceiling lights in living room which meant that after the sun went down we only had a choice of sitting in total darkness or with very bright overhead lights on. The same with one of the two bedrooms. The bedroom on the back of the flat (quieter) had a very soft bed. The shower seemed to be malfunctioning as it would only produce hot water for a few seconds before running cold regardless of what setting we put it on. It was during the May heatwave, which we appreciate would make most properties uncomfortable, however it might be worth noting that this property gets very hot as it's on the top floor and gets direct afternoon sun. It would be helpful to have had electric fans available.
