Perfect for couples (or a couple with kids as it has two sofa beds) that go out walking for the day!

Perfect for us as we went out walking in the brecons in the day time. Comfortable, warm, affordable.

The property was cosy and welcoming. Able to buy fish supper and provisions very close , 8.30pm.

Cosy and clean property with modern facilities

Indoor lighting in dining area could have been brighter. Outdoor lighting inadequate, felt nervous walking through courtyard to front door in the dark. Natural light in back of property quite poor.

A good one night stay in a beautiful town

The flat was good and conveniently placed. We collected keys from chip shop, but this was easily done so not an issue.

We really missed out in not having bedside tables with lamps. We ended up having to leave the lounge lights on to see, if we needed to get up in night. We weren’t aware that milk sachets were in the fridge until just before leaving. Might help to make this clear.

Well apointed ground floor flat close to town

This ground floor flat is just across the river from Brecon town centre and has everything a cyclist could need - kitchen, secure back yard, comfy beds, large rooms, good hot water and no stairs. Check-in was easy - we collected the keys from the fish & chip shop next door. Wifi was great and the flat was very well appointed - lots of lovely decorative touches everywhere. A great find.

Overall nice accommodation and very welcoming and friendly staff.

It was very clean and had plenty of room for 2 people.

It didn’t have a hairdryer, iron or ironing board. Also the only mirror was in the bathroom and there was no plug need it for me to get dress for a night out. Would be nice to maybe have another mirror in the property near a plug for easier access to get ready (make-up, hair).

It was a convenient location.

Blankets were not clean had old food stuck to them. Cups in the cupboard were stained and dirty. Constant noise coming from upstairs accommodation.

Lovely short break in Brecon

The directions were excellent, and it was easy to pick up the keys from the chip shop around the corner. The flat was tucked away in a quiet corner, and was spacious, beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. We particularly appreciated the tea, coffee and biscuits - very welcome after a long drive! There was plenty of parking nearby, and it was only a short stroll into town. Overall, an excellent stay in Brecon, and we'd love to come back another time.

Excellent stay in comfortable, quiet and secure accommodation in easy walking distance of the tow

The location is great for a walk in to town and parking was easy. The host was very responsive. All of the furniture was comfortable and all of the facilities were good. I felt safe and secure. I have stayed in multiple hotels in the area and this is the only place that I would be happy to return to.

I would have liked a little more cooking equipment and maybe some foil or clingfilm, if I were staying again I would bring a Fire Stick.

Everything we expected and needed for our 3 night stay with 2 young children.

Very friendly and accomodating hosts. Easy check in, plenty of parking. Property was Clean and tidy. We left one of our sons toys behind after our stay. Host was quick to respond and has arranged its return.

Great for what we needed

Very homely with a well-equipped kitchen. Appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom. Very spacious bedroom. Easy to walk into centre of Brecon

The location behind the chip shop did feel a little bit unsafe and dodgy, in a run down area. The staff of the chip shop were extremely noisy after closing - sat outside watching videos , talking and shouting, well after 11pm

Perfect location, well equipped and lovely cost property

Great location - short walk from all the facilities of Brecon but nice and quiet as well for good nights sleep. Property is well equipped, clean, and a lot of thought has gone into it. Smart TV with all the usual apps (iPlayer etc. ; Amazon prime or Netflix - you’ll need your own logins for these two). Well equipped kitchen so easy to self cater. And was nice surprise to find coffee, a few milk portions, coffee and some biscuits and washing up items and cleaning items and some toiletries which were plenty for out overnight stay. Easy check in and self check out option.

Amazing stay, would highly recommend

It was very clean and well presented. The owner of the property made sure we were well taken care of, provided extra bedding as well.

We would have liked for the water pressure from the shower to be a bit more better, but this was just a very minor issue.

Very weak waterflow for shower n hot temperature for hot water is very inconsistent. Coffee mugs are not cleaned properly with stains. The limescale in the kettle is also removed

Lovely modern holiday let, good base for exploring Brecon and the wider area

Great little self contained let. Really nicely decorated and furnished, very comfortable and with everything you need. Good location for walking to the town and the river. The staff looking after the let were lovely and very helpful.

Westend Holiday Let #2

Great location. Convenient free parking. Friendly greeting. Clean throughout. Comfortable bed. Adequately equipped. Toiletries provided. Welcomimg tea, coffee, biscuits etc . Pleasently cool even in the heatwave.

None of the clocks worked. The shower was extremely tight ... but it did work well. No bedside lights to enable reading in bed. Very small bath towels - bath sheets would 0have been nicer. (These really are very small complants!) It seemed rather expensive, but that may have been because our stay coincided with a national event.
