Good location south of the river, in Brecon, with good free parking very near.
Room was a bit on the small side; compact.

Comfortable clean compact but had all facilities homely
Needs black out blinds as too light and wakes you up ridiculously early also nylon duvet covers too hot cotton would have been better as cooler and breathable.

Great communication from host. A last minute booking due to a late cancellation at another property. Host was responsive and helpful. Very easy check in and free parking. Ideally located to explore the town and surrounding area. The apartment was small and cosy but well appointed. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk & toiletries were appreciated.
Due to the compact nature of the apartment, there is limited storage for bags, clothing, shoes etc. There is a nice outdoor space available but it is in need of some attention due to dead flowers, weeds and broken garden furniture. Slightly overpriced.

Location was fab, 5 min walk to town. property very clean.
Property very small no room for luggage or to hang coats up. Had to keep moving cases from the couch to the bed so we could sit or go to bed. If it had been wet now where to hang wet coats
