Roberto on the check in desk went above and beyond trying to find a solution to our problem of our disability access room which we had booked nearly a month before had been re,allocated Big thank you to Roberto.
We visit this hotel 2/3 times a year and book disability access room well in advance. To our dismay upon arrival we were informed that the room had been re allocated and we had to stay in a room on first floor accessed by the large staircase causing slight pain and discomfort. Very disappointed

It was in a good location and clean. Fine for a one or two day stay. Helpful staff
Bar price for a thimble full of orange mixer. The stairs were steep. Light fittings missing in the room.
