It's a motorway hotel! Decent though - good breakfast and even dinner is pretty good.
Their pumps for the bar broke in the heatwave so they were unable to serve beer... it's miles away from most places but convenient for conferences at the Hayes Centre

The Hotel is clean and smart and the staff very pleasant. Bedroom was a good size and the bed comfortable. The Hotel looks very well maintained and serves a purpose well without being pretentious.
The bedrooms in the 300s at least could have been better insulated. Unfortunately I was woken up at regular intervals from about 6 o'clock which was not ideal. The air con. is operable unlike in so many hotels but pity it has to be so noisy.
