    Excellent stay, the staff on all fronts were marvellous. Every request was greeted happily. From breakfast (very good value) spa facilities and the atmosphere was so relaxed.

    The pool has restricted hours for children. We had one 7-year old child with us. The room had hardly anywhere to put our belongings as it was obvious they had removed some furniture to fit the child's bed in, so we were living out of suitcases on the floor. The tea/coffee tray had to go on the provided table, the only place with enough space to put it. That was nowhere near a socket so, it being too dangerous to use the kettle on the bedside tables or balance it on the child's bed, we unfortunately had to rearrange the furniture so the kettle could be plugged in. This made access to the window difficult. All the staff we met (except the receptionists) were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I would give them all 10 stars :0)

    Only complaint is that the bar meals are expensive and not priced on bar menue but otherwise the hotel is 5 STAR WITHOUT DOUBT,we will book again

    Very firm mattresses which affected sleep badly. This after having two extra toppers provided.
