We overall had a great time in the lakes but unfortunately I don’t think I stay here again, only due to the restaurant d

It’s was cute, right in the centre of Windermere and was clean

The restaurant below is VERY loud. They have music on till 11pm and they start banging around at 7am, didn’t get good sleep due to other noise as well. It was extremely hard to find and when we did find it the code to the key was wrong. We were only given 1 towel each for 4 nights, which isn’t very good and not hygienic. We ran out of toilet roll & washing up liquid, we had to buy some more.

Great location and flat. Please replace or at least deep clean the mattress and protector.

Excellent location and a nice apartment. Great to have a parking space as well. Would visit again

Guests are asked to strip the bedding. That is not a good idea as the mattress and protector were very badly stained and not pleasant to see.

Great location for shops and pubs restaurants. Lakes. Flat clean well decorated.

The hill going up to shops etc bit steep for middle age couple. There were people working on flat above at time of our stay bit noisy, Also scaffolding outside flat. Found induction cooker bit awkward to use. There must of been a leak from above flat at one point was fixed but not properly plastered.so looked bit messy. Directions bit awkward to flat .

Very disappointed with The Hollies

Central location close to most places

No toiletries provided,very little toilet roll, uncomfortable couch, no tea or coffee provided for when you first arrive, very noisy front (traffic) and back (staff from restaurant underneath at night and very early morning/ late at night putting tables and chairs out and taking back in again, having to strip your own bed when leaving at the end of your stay and finally you have to be out by 9.00AM All of this spoiled the short break, I have stayed in this block of apartments before and have not had any of these issues

We did not mind the external noise at all but we very very much minded the intrusive internal noise.

It was nice being so centrally located and having private parking. We found the flat clean, warm and comfy.

The noise from the other flats in the evening made it impossible to relax after a busy day. The school girls yelling at each other from the adjoining flat to get up in the mornings made sure you woke up early. All this spoiled things considerably.

The location and the apartment were both great it was nice and warm with the radiators on and only a short walk from anywhere in bowness

Before arriving we had not received any welcome pack or anything so we assumed we had to go straight to the apartment though halfway down I received a phone call saying that the office where you get the keys was closing. The woman on the phone wasn't the most polite and tried to disagree with me when I told her I had not received the directions and address for the office. When arriving we could not get into the apartment for 2/3 hours. The office in windamere had shut and we had no one to contact. The customer service wasn't great. Though may have been better if we arrived while the office was still open. The only thing I would say wasn't great about the apartment was that you can't fill the bath with warm water as it runs out halfway through.
