Location, decor, convenience and attentive service. Multiple fans to accommodate the heat wave.
Perhaps worth mentioning there is no elevator. It was not an issue for us but someone with accessibility issues wouldn’t be able to stay here.

We loved the view of the canal and the pace the apartment had.
I did not like the multiple reminders to strips the beds prior to our departure.

-NON C’È CLIMATIZZAZIONE: L’APPARTAMENTO ESPOSTO A SUD: ERA UN FORNO, IMPOSSIBILE DORMIRE! -I letti non erano tutti pronti, abbiamo dovuto chiedere le lenzuola e prepararci il divano letto perché “non è un compito previsto per l’host”. In compenso l’host chiede di disfare i letti e stendere le lenzuola al sole prima di lasciare l’appartamento!!! -Il divano e la cucina erano macchiati, l’ingresso è un tugurio con scale fatiscenti e scivolose (mio figlio è caduto dalle scale) -per 440 euro al giorno mi aspettavo decisamente di più
