L'Appart' du 10 - T3 4 downtown Annecy with canal view

The location was wonderful. Right in the heart of the old part looking right over the canal. Very special!

The bedrooms are internal (no windows to outside) which I hadn’t realized from the description. Not enough comfortable sofa seating for 4 people. The apartment could benefit from a deeper clean.

Location, decor, convenience and attentive service. Multiple fans to accommodate the heat wave.

Perhaps worth mentioning there is no elevator. It was not an issue for us but someone with accessibility issues wouldn’t be able to stay here.

We loved the view of the canal and the pace the apartment had.

I did not like the multiple reminders to strips the beds prior to our departure.

Location was good but somewhat noisy.

The place was not very clean. Toilet located in a small separate space, almost like a storage cupboard, separate from main shower room, with no sink to wash your hands! One had to get to the main shower room to wash one’s hands after relieving oneself! First bedroom has a very small window almost at ceiling level opening out to the central staircase. It was extremely stuffy in there. Second bedroom had no privacy at all as one side of the room had glass partitions with an opening/entrance straight into the living room, to be closed via curtains only. Although fans were provided, they don’t seem to provide much airflow so the apartment was generally hot and stuffy (even with all windows open). Only 1 key was provided for the premises, we requested for another set of keys but was told they didn’t have a spare key. This was a great inconvenience for 2 couples sharing the apartment especially when we were out sightseeing at different times so someone always had to be around to let the other couple back into the apartment!
