L'Héritage du Lac - 3 chambres au coeur d'Annecy

Cedric was very helpful and made check in a breeze. This is easily one of the best units we have stayed at. Well equipped with basics supplied, which a lot of places do not do anymore. Location was perfect. Loves the balconies off the rooms. Tons of space in bedrooms and living areas. Without a doubt will stay here again. Highly recommend.

No negatives.

We loved the location, comfort and apartment.

I have advised Agency Cocoonr as to some things that needed tending too and they were very receptive with the information.

Being advised washing machine nit working. Heating not on had to call to have it turned on.

We spent 8 nights in this is really beautiful apartment on the 4th floor. There is a lift but the stairs are great for the exercise. The location was brilliant — everything was within easy reach, car park, shops, Annency lake, restaurants, supermarket, bakery. The accommodation was truly amazing and had absolutely everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy, and the furnishings throughout were of great quality. The pictures show how beautiful this apartment is. We stayed in June and was worried about it being too hot and so asked about air conditioning, and although the building doesn’t have built-in AC units, they provided two mobile AC units, which were lifesavers in the very hot weather. We were so grateful — they truly made our stay so much more comfortable. Cedric made us feel very welcome, and we really appreciated the thoughtfulness and care. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay- it felt like home to us. Would definitely book again. Annency is so beautiful and would highly recommend this apartment and this location. You will not be disappointed.
