Appartement historique Annecy

It is a nice, interesting and very spacious apartment with the best location, just in the very center of Annecy on the pedestrian street and with a nice balcony (no chairs). We were five friends traveling together, and the apartment was very suitable for us. - We would have loved some small lamps here and there to provide more coziness - and especially up on the loft.

Unfortunately, the code for the outer door to enter the courtyard had been recently changed, and the host was not aware of that and had given us the old (wrong) code. We were only able to enter by the neighbour's help, until we realized that we had an outdated code and were informed of the new code two days later - but received a bottle of wine and chocolate as a kind little token. - Please note that an extremely high amount (around 2000 EUR) has to be reserved on your credit card and is not released until one month after. This requirement came as a shock to us, but it worked fine after all.

our stay at the Apartment historique Annecy was absolutely perfect! The location is right in the heart of Annecyś beautiful old town, with everything just a few steps away. We were also lucky enough to stay during the famous Féte du Lac fireworks. The apartment itself is absolutely breathtaking, spotlessly clean and even more impressive than in the pictures. We felt at home from the very first moment. Communication with the host was outstanding. Every question was answered quickly and kindly. We truly have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfectly prepared and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visting Annecy. Thank you to the Kazabella Team once again for making our short family trip so memorable!

Stunning apartment, conveniently located for easy access to get both in and out of the center. All the needed facilities were at our disposal, and we had close contact with the host throughout our stay. Would love to come back again!

Très Bel Appartement , magnifique volume et très confortable . Localisation géographique parfaite , tout est accessible c’est TOP! Des intervenants charmants et à l’écoute .

Chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas correctement , température au sein de l’appartement extrêmement fraîche 18 degrés ! De très beaux volumes mais visiblement un problème pour chauffer les pièces principales à régler d’urgence si les températures restent à -2/3 degrés .
