Excellent location on the lake

With a party of 4 elderly adults the shower facilities and toilet facilities were not good. One cramped toilet for 4 people. To reach the toilet from the bedroom you had to go through the lounge/dining area. The upstairs bathroom could do with a fixed shower head and shower curtain. Upon arrival we. Had difficulty getting into the property. In spite of two telephone calls we were unable to reach anybody. On finally entering the property there were only two cups and three wine glasses for 4 of us.

Despite the above critique this is a nice apartment with all the amenities for a self catering holid

Location couldn't be bettered in my opinion. Close to lake and to town.

The layout is a little odd: a main bedroom with walk.in shower, but no toilet. A 2nd bedroom without shower or toilet. A separate bathroom off the lounge without shower, also without toilet. A very small toilet to service 4 people, also off the lounge. A rethink of the layout is needed.

Loved the stay and apartment with a few tweaks would be 10/10 would definitely return.

Easy check in. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was a huge plus as was a dishwasher. Peaceful whilst being very central. Loved having separate bathing areas, ensuite shower was so nice, perfect temperature and easy to use. The layout of the apartment is also brilliant and very nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again, perfect location, budget friendly in a small group, facilities fantastic. Can see here being super cosy in the winter but with the AC has been a brilliant stay in a heatwave.

"Downstairs" bedroom a little noisy owing to ventilation unit which is understandable and a requirement. It didn't bother myself, however would have bothered others in my party. I also dropped my phone at one point in the lower bedroom and saw the amount of dust gathered under the bed. Please hoover, there are dust balls. If I am being nitpicky I may suggest to add a shower holder in the family bathroom so everyone can have a standing shower in both bathroom areas for convenience. I would also say this may not be comfortable for 6 people as only one toilet room but for 3-4 it was perfect.

Great location not great apartment

The location is perfect.

The apartment is strange. Nothing that you manage to see in the images. One room is in a down Florida and is not present to be in. No air-conditioning and no windows. Our kids were not willing to stay there. The second room was ok. The sofa bed was very dirty. The salon was very uncomfortable.

Mediocre Appartment in Annecy

The location was good

There was no information relating to the apartment, no wi-fi code, no instructions for appliances, no departure instructions, no soap in bathrooms for handwashing & not enough TOILET ROLL! The extractor in the bedroom stays on & is very noisy. Nothing at all to welcome us.

Shame about the toilet

Location, cleanliness.

Toilet in a 'cupboard.! There were 2 bathrooms and one small toilet away from the bathrooms and in a small cupboard. Surely, a toilet could have been installed in the bathroom. We were two couples whose husbands were 6ft 4inches. Very difficult to maneuver in the toilet. Dangerous to go to the toilet during the night. Had to go up a small wooden staircase through a door and then down a step into the toilet cupboard. Very disappointing.

Location is great, very central and walkable but quiet. Roomy living-dining-kitchen area with everything needed to eat in.

Neglected building with 2 flights of rickety stairs up to the apartment and then down a long dark hall. Musty smell. Dark bedrooms. Tiny little bathroom.

Position was perfect ...so close to everything in the old village. Great kitchen and plenty of room. Stairs up to the apartment were easy and we are 60 year olds. Recommend highly.

Difficult to find and a disappointing flat.

Good showers and nice new kit for kitchen and bathrooms but the layout of the flat spoils all the good efforts made to fit it out. The host Caroline was friendly, helpful and communicated well. The flat was very clean.

This flat is not for anyone with claustrophobia or a wish to not be using a single tiny WC which is off the living space with no sound privacy. The sofa is an uncomfortable sofa bed and you can only sit 3 on it when the flat is set up for up to 6 people No other comfortable seating The entrance route is long and ugly and the internal stairs to the lower bedroom are VERY claustrophobic. No openable windows in the bedrooms and obscured glass. No dishwasher tablets. No extra bin bags. No blankets if you are cold at night. The air conditioner unit in the bedroom on low heat was making a strange noise intermittently all the time. Nasty plastic table cloth makes you feel as if you are in a youth hostel.

Overall, a very nice place to stay.

The location was in the heart of old town, so very convenient. It is 15 minutes walk to the two closest beaches. Being in the heart of a town can be noisy, but this apartment has air conditioning which is very convenient and allows the windows to be closed. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and well organized. It was especially handy that they have many storage lockers for your luggage for after you check out.

There are some areas of the apartment that do not receive very much natural light or air.

Good location

Location is great, parking garage is walking distance from the apartment (and not too expensive!). Open plan, dining/living/kitchen area is spacious. Well equipped kitchen and appreciated the coffee and condiments available for use.

We rented the two bedroom apartment- Appennis: the one room (you reach by climbing down small staircase) we find to be small, very little space to move on both sides of the bed.

Modern, spacious and very well located. Some cross ventilation challenges.

Location and the clean, modern look of the appartement. All looks elegant and new. Well equipped and spacious.

Most windows are bolted shut. The only window that does open is towards the Main Street, above a restaurant ( not very noisy though) and relatively close to the public glass recycling chute. THAT is a nuisance. If you like the fresh air, thus appartement might be a bit of a problem.

A very central location in the historical city center of Annecy, close to the lake and all activities :) Nice apt with a great size, well furnished and super clean. Super responsiveness and kindness of the agency!

Any room without an opening window should be illegal Neither bedroom had one. Difficult changes of internal levels. Minimal size, almost inaccessible toilet. Bathroom directly accessible from living area. This is unhygienic and unacceptable.

Very nice chose !

This an amazing and spacious apartment just in 2 minute by walk frome lake . Around building we found a lot of restaurants ,bakery and markets. Well, apartment have every think what ever we are needed for a nice vacation Vine glasses, corkscrew , dishes , big lunch table, nice and comfortable bed, good towels , perfect cleansing and what is the most important .... a very nice an amazing atmosphere Especially thanks to Christal and her colleague for being so polite giving us a lot of information about city and helping us in any question.

Emplacement idéal mais fermer les yeux pour le reste

Emplacement super . Tout se fait à pied une fois arrivé. L'entrée est sécurisée et facile d'accès . L'appartement semble chaleureux au premier abord.

L'appartement n'est clairement pas propre . Ne regardez pas le sol en dépliant le canapé lit, vous y trouverez des miettes , des emballages bonbons et de la crasse . Les tâches sur le matelas du canapé sont repoussantes . Par ailleurs nous avons loué l'appartement pour 6 personnes mais nous n'avions pas de couette pour le canapé lit ; seulement un drap . Nous n'avons pas eu la possibilité de chauffer l'appartement. La climatisation réversible ne fonctionnait pas .

Scandaleux, 2 chambres sans fenêtres !!!

L'emplacement tout proche du centre et d'un parking

L'absence de fenêtre dans les 2 pièces qui sont appelées chambres dans le descriptif, impossibilité d'ouvrir et d'aérer les 2 pièces où nous avons dormi, l'une des pseudo chambre. ressemble à une CAVE. La piece est très petite et le lit est poussé contre le mur, il faut sortir par le pied du lit.... Absence de micro ondes qui est dans le descriptif. Absence de bouteille d'eau, vaisselle dépareillée. Dans la salle de bains les flacons censés contenir le shampoing douche figurant dans le descriptif sont vides. Le miroir qui est doit s'éclairer ne fonctionne pas, difficulté pour se maquiller. Pieces nuit jamais aérées, poussiéreuse, PROPRETE DOUTEUSE. Pas de pile dans une des télécommande de climatisation. Fenêtre de séjour très ancienne et difficulté pour la refermer, Fenêtre de salle de bains très ancienne, peinture écaillée, avec traces d'infiltrations d'eau. Peinture murale écaillée, trous sommairement rebouchés il y a peu, le Scotch de protection n'a pas été retiré. La bonde de la baignoire est cassée, il faut la retirer pour vider l'eau. Wc très exigu, la bonde du lave mains est cassée également et l'eau n'evacue pas. Et j'en oublie, sans doute... Nous avons pris aucun repas à l'appartement car on s'y sentait vraiment pas bien. Nous avions réservé pour nous et un couple d'amis et nous avons été extrêmement gênés par le manque de confort, mon amie chlostrophobe a passé 2 nuits mémorables. Cet appartement est un grand studio mais certainement pas un appartement avec 2 chambres, il y a tromperie sur l'annonce et ça ne vaut certainement pas le prix que nous avons payé.
