Surrounded by many restaurants and nightlife, very nice place.
It is not very convenient if you have a van more than 1.9m height

The location is perfect.
The apartment is strange. Nothing that you manage to see in the images. One room is in a down Florida and is not present to be in. No air-conditioning and no windows. Our kids were not willing to stay there. The second room was ok. The sofa bed was very dirty. The salon was very uncomfortable.
