About this apartment rental

Discover the town centre with its bustling market, cobbled streets and the magnificent canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment sleeps 6 people. You can enjoy the exceptional view of the lake from the apartment.

A suite is located on the top floor of the apartment. It features a 180x200cm bed, a large walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom area with a bath and toilet. A second bedroom is on the second floor, featuring a 160x190cm bed and two bunk beds.
A second bathroom with shower and toilet is located on the ground floor of the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine and a raclette machine...

Linen will be provided for your stay, including sheets, towels and kitchen tea towels.

There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you’ll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bike hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake).

🅿️ The flat is located on a pedestrianised street. Parking is available in the neighbouring streets (pay-and-display during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the Bonlieu underground car parks.

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake amidst a stunning mountain backdrop, is renowned for the quality of its environment and its high standard of living.
Boasting a remarkable location on the lower reaches of the lake, the town has successfully preserved its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Check-in is available daily from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9 pm, if you are unable to arrange your own transport, a surcharge of €20 will apply.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
