Freshly renovated accomodation close to the Ring

Very clean and freshly renovated. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast, but it's not a buffet to choose from.

Some people might miss an elevator. Business travelers will miss a small table in the room to use a laptop.

A bit of a hidden gem. I booked for the Nurburgring 24 Hours weekend and had a fantastic stay. The breakfast in particular was great; plenty of freshly baked options, and piping hot coffee! I felt very welcome and would definitely consider staying again.

Super nette Inhaber, man fühlt sich einfach wohl und willkommen. Das leckere Frühstück wird zur gewünschten Uhrzeit frisch serviert. Spezielle Wünsche hatten wir nicht, ich bin aber davon überzeugt, dass diese nach Möglichkeit auch erfüllt werden. Fragen tut jedenfalls nicht weh. Jeden Freitag kann man abends ein Reibekuchenbuffett genießen. Zur Lage: Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, zum Nürburgring oder einfach in die schöne Umgebung (Ahrtal, Weinberge, Eifel...).

Prima overnachting met de motor!

Zeer vriendelijke uitbaters! Heb deze accommodatie gekozen voor mijn motortrip in de Eifel/Moezel. Mijn motor stond veilig en droog in een van hun 2 garages. Dat was echt super! De eenpersoons kamer was prima, schoon met een aparte badkamer met douche en toilet. Ontbijt was prima! ( jus, 3 broodjes, eitje, kaas en vleeswaren, jam en potje koffie. ) Ze hebben een simpele kaart voor diner, wat echt fijn was op maandagavond. prijskwaliteit verhouding echt uitstekend. Hier ga ik vaker terugkomen met de motor!

Let op ik kwam aan op een maandagavond, het is een klein dorpje waar savonds alles dicht / gesloten is. Enigste restaurant, Italiaans tegenover is open vanaf dinsdag.

Sehr erholsam nach einem tag auf dem rad.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, toll hergerichtet nach der Flut. Die Lage mitten im Ort ist toll, da man von dort alles im Ort erreicht und es nur wenige Meter bis zur Ahr sind. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Haben für uns extra noch Abendessen angeboten. Können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Schöner Wochenend Urlaub

Obwohl bei Anreise es spät abends war wurde uns sofort noch warmes essen angeboten und serviert. War sehr lecker 😋. Unterkunft schöne und saubere Zimmer alles da was man braucht. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Frühstück war super. Alles in allem war das ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Gästehaus Frank. Das Haus ist sehr gut weiterzuempfehlen. Danke für alles. Super vriendelijk personeel. Prima ontbijt. Wij hadden de driepersoonskamer met 2 slaapkamers. Dit was erg fijn voor de samenstelling van ons gezelschap: vader en zoon. Onze motoren konden in de garage geparkeerd worden.

War in Ordnung

Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter.

Wir hatten zu zweit ein Zimmer für drei Personen gebucht damit wir mehr Platz haben. Das Zimmer war im Letzten Stock und leider ging das wlan welches kostenfrei ist, dort nicht. Das Haus ist sehr alt und wurde renoviert, wurde wohl viel selbst gemacht weil irgendwie nichts perfekt umgesetzt wurde. Zimmer verfügte über ein Doppelbett und Couch und ein extra Zimmer mit Bett und ein Bad mit Dusche. Flatscreen gab es auch, leider gehen so gut wie keine Sender da die meisten verschlüsselt sind. Zimmer war eher spärlich eingerichtet, man hatte was man braucht aber das war’s dann auch. Möbel, deko etc altmodisch oder vlt bin ich auch einfach zu jung, sah für mich aus wie bei Oma zuhause. Stellplätze gibt es leider auch nur 2 oder 3 am Haus. Ich hatte bei der Buchung angekündigt das ich einen Parkplatz benötige bzw. gerne hätte und das wurde mir auch zugesagt. Letztendlich musst ich auf der Straße parken. Zum Glück war ich mit dem Wagen meiner Frau unterwegs, ich hätte meinen dort nicht geparkt und wäre wieder gefahren. Wer haftet bei Schaden oder Diebstahl ? Zum übernachten für 1 maximal 2 Tage in Ordnung, für mehr jedoch nicht. Frühstück war okay, aufbackbrötchen, gekochte Eier, Käse und Wurst, Marmelade und ein Glas Orangensaft. Die Unterkunft erfüllt ihren Zweck, keine Frage und es gibt auch weitaus schlimmere aber die ganzen anderen Bewertungen mit „fabelhaft“ und „spitze“ etc kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Wunderbares Wochenende

Sehr freundlich geführtes Gästehaus durch das Ehepaar Frank. wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und das Frühstück am gedeckten Tisch genossen. Gute Entfernung zum Nürburgring, wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet . Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Entfernung zum Nürburgring war gut. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich. Man fühlt sich rundherum wohl.

Modern gerenoveerde, en propere kamers. Vriendelijke uitbaters, kleine menukaart - maar lekker. Ontbijt meer dan voldoende. Lunchpakket (tegen betaling) erg verzorgd !

Weinig parkeerplaats voor de deur, mr er is een oplossing. Voor oudere mensen ; geen lift aanwezig.

Het enige minpuntje: geen dichte gordijnen waardoor het in juni wel zeer vroeg klaar is in de kamers.

Het hotel is zeer netjes en wordt gerund door een stel die dit met passie doet. Ze hebben een kleine dinner kaart met lokale gerechten uit eigen keuken van top kwaliteit. We komen hier graag terug.

Guter Stützpunkt für Wanderer und Radfahrer

Die Unterkunft ist praktisch neu. Was ich vorher nicht erkannt hatte, sie liegt in dem Katastrophengebiet der Ahr Überschwemmung und musste komplett renoviert werden. Sie ist einfach und auf guten Straßen zu erreichen. "Mein" Einzelzimmer mit Bad war sehr geräumig.

Kleinigkeiten: Ich benutze eine elektrische Zahnbürste. Dafür ist im Bad keine Steckdose vorgesehen. Zwischen Handwaschbecken und Schiebetür ist zwar eine Steckdose. Benutzt man die, geht die Tür nur halb auf. In der Dusche fehlt eine Ablage für das Zubehör. Wie gesagt, nur Kleinigkeiten.
