Audio recommend nobody to stay here very rude staff
Room was very cold when I went to the staff they were not so nice. They wanted to change us to another cold room. Also we had two kids with us very bad experience in this hotel.
Highly recommend nobody to stay in this hotel super cold and staff will not give you away either to heat the room up

Fantastic area that hopefully is recovering soon
The lobby is freshly designed after the flood. The terrace has a wonderful view on the wine hills.
The beds and cushions aren’t the best and the room is too hot at night. The town is still recovering after the flood.

No ventilation exists in the hotel
It is a newly renovated hotel so the room interior feels fresh
The hotel have no ventilation at all. Woke up in the middle of the nigth with no air in the room. Had to open the door to the common terrace to ventilate. Did not felt safe to sleep with open door. When I complaint in the morning i got no respone or explanation at all from the staff.

Nice location, hotel being nicely renovated, renovation still ongoing, eg the elevator was not yet in service. Good breakfast.

Strongly recommended for short stays in the Ahr valley
Newly renovated to a very high standard. Spacious room right next to Ahr with great view of hills. Small balcony with chairs. There is also a large veranda. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Photo is view from my room
