It’s spacious and sparkling clean. The shower and toilet are separated. It’s very quiet. You only hear the birds chirping. The owner and his wife are very nice. The breakfast is good. On the day we left, we even saw a peacock wandering in the yard. It’s actually better than the photos they posted on Booking.
It’s a bit far away from the town center. There is a very steep slope to drive down to find it. It’s not a big problem if you hire a car. Tuk tuk is convenient too.

The host is one of the kindest people we have met in Sri Lanka! The view from the terrace is fantastic! It is quiet because it is remote. Perfect location. Walking distance to Ella Rock. Very good breakfast and dinner. Everything is very new and clean. Highly recommended!.

Great peaceful stay just out of Ella city with amazing views. Maduranga and his wife were the friendliest hosts!! Honestly they were so helpful and the kindest people which goes so far! We preferred to stay outside of the busy city, but it was so easy as Maduranga insisted on arranging all tuk tuk and taxis at great prices, which made it easy for us to enjoy Ella and relax. And also the most incredible breakfast to start the day was provided. Would definitely recommend and visit again!
