The view is really astonishing. The bed was really comfortable. The room was really clean. The staff was really helpful.
We did not like that we could hear many noises from outside and the next room. One improvement can also be to have a curtain on the bathroom.

Great views of Ella Rock from the balcony! Clean and spacious with kind staff who organised guides and drivers. Just an FYI, there is no common room or foyer. Rooms are directly off the open air corridor. It’s fine and I felt safe, just something to note.
It’s a short walk into town which is fine during the day but it’s a bit nervewracking at night with all the traffic, no streetlights and no footpath.

Location is great as it is close to the main street and restaurants. However it can be noisy at night with the road traffic from trucks and buses going past. Breakfast was good.
The room was very cramped especially with the 2 large couches placed right at the foot of the bed which left very little room to get to the other side of the bed. The lighting in the room is quite dim. The was a TV in the room but it didn't work. The AC didn't work efficiently.
