Crystal Springs Homestay

Chambre spacieuse, très propre, une vue incroyable de la piscine. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet

Chambre non conforme quant à la réservation, nous avions une vue sur un bâtiment au lieu de vue sur la montagne. Après réclamation, nous avons eu la chambre correspondante à notre réservation.

Prima ontbijt. Ella is te bereiken met de TukTuk vanaf het hotel. We kregen een upgrade van de kamer. Heel fijn zwembad met prachtig uitzicht.

We had a great stay at Crystal Springs. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a mountain view, and it really made our time in Ella. The rooftop pool was another highlight of our stay. The views over the mountains were amazing and it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt well looked after throughout our stay. We'd definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Ella.

Unser gebuchtes Familienzimmer war bei Ankunft nicht frei, was ich nicht verstehe und wir mussten gezwungenermaßen eine Nacht in einem „winzig“ kleinen Zimmer zu dritt in einem Doppelbett schlafen. Die zweite Nacht verbrachten wir dann in unserem eigentlich gebuchten Zimmer. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und laut. Beim Frühstück kam sehr laute Musik, was wir als sehr störend empfanden. Der Pool war sehr verdreckt, daher sind wir nicht darin geschwommen. Die Unterkunft ist nur über eine kleine, abfallende Zufahrt zu erreichen. Es gibt nur einen winzig kleinen Parkplatz.
