Crystal Springs Homestay

We had a great stay at Crystal Springs. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a mountain view, and it really made our time in Ella. The rooftop pool was another highlight of our stay. The views over the mountains were amazing and it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt well looked after throughout our stay. We'd definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Ella.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, one of the few reasons why we remained at the property. It was also very clean, so nothing bad to say about this.

The shower was the worst, no hot water on the first day and no pressure on the second day. The WiFi was incredibly slow and didn't work at times. We stayed for dinner on the first night but we didn't like the food very much. Open shower with no curtain or glass so you had to dry everything afterwards, it wasn't clear from the pictures. Overall I felt like something had happened between the time I booked and stayed at this hotel, like removing some pictures and some facilities from the page.
