Overall a wonderful place, i just wish it was more comidated with cooking pans and hot water to shower.

Location and the size was wonderful!

No cooking pans, we struggled with the hot water and stove flame, only one seemed to work!

Great location and host communication, apartment has great potential if added the correct amenities and cleanliness.

Loved the location, it was close to great restaurants, nightlife and stores. The host was a great communicator and was easy to get in touch with host, very friendly. The apartment is very spacious and had a great balcony view.

The apartment could have a better cleaning service, pictures of complex looked more luxurious in pictures. The beds could be more comfortable, and one of the rooms was quite small to be added like a fourth room. The apartment could have more amenities, extra blankets, extra towels, and restroom supplies.

-The Location. -The size of the apartment -Door men

-Doors were not working properly (bedrooms, closet doors, stuck need adjustment, need new door handles). -lights in one of the bathroom not working properly -Showers not clean, no toilet paper, no soap, not enough towels -No chairs in the kitchen -Water heater not working properly -Front door lock seems unsafe Pictures look nicer than it actually is.

bed linen looked stained, 2 towels were missing and the rest were stained too, looked like they were dirty, not enough toilet paper, bathroom dirty and very uncomfortable beds

For the amount of people we had it was a great deal despite the hot water and toilet paper issues.

the place was spacious plenty of room, it came with a parking spot w/ no extra charge, late night eateries within walking distance

hot water in showers was a little tricky, it would run out in the middle of shower but with a simple 2-5 min wait it would come back. Wi-Fi was available but didn’t reach every room. toilet paper is occupants responsibility

Worst experience EVER in a rental .

We had the worst experience we’ve ever had in a rental there was no hot water, roaches in the bathroom, loud music from the clubs that are both in front and behind the apartment which made sleeping impossible , the apartment was extremely hot with no ac or fans available , we opened the windows and woke up to mosquito bites everywhere the beds were so uncomfortable, the security guard was so rude and inappropriate, there was two rolls of toilet paper left for 4 days and 7 guests , no kitchen towels or trash bags were provided. When I tried to reach out to the phone number provided on booking nobody would answer , and when messaging they would reply until the next day , it was a horrible experience. i would never recommend this apartment, for the “luxury “ it’s said to be there was nothing luxurious about it.

It was dirty, there was cloth in the drawers., cocorouches in one room, the window glass Dirty... the nigth lamp was broken, the bathrooms was dirty too, it was a very bad experience.... we never, never want to stay with you again

CEPENDANT DANS UNE DES CHAMBRES AU FOND À DROITE ( 3 COUCHAGES) IL Y A UN GROS PROBLÈME AVEC LA FENÊTRE ELLE NE SE FERME PAS ET IL Y AVAIT DU GROS SOTCH MARRON POUR ISOLER. NOUS AVONS DÛ METTRE UNE COUVERTURE POUR CALFEUTRER. ENSUITE, GROS PROBLÈME AVEC L'EAU CHAUDE DANS LES DOUCHES, IMPOSSIBLE DE RÉGLER ENTRE EAU TRÈS FROIDE ET EAU TROP CHAUDE... ENFIN DANS LA CUISINE, IL N'Y AVAIT PAS ASSEZ DE COUVERTS, NI PLANCHE À DÉCOUPER, PAS DE COUTEAUX DE CUISINE, NI SALADIERS, PAS ASSEZ DE TASSES À CAFÉ POUR 11 PERSONNES ( 3 ARTICLES) ETC ETC.
