Great location. Spacious layout. Needs some routine maintenance as it ages. Hire regular cleaning (an extra) to ensure you have towels, etc. Also, note we were up 3 flights of stairs. For very elderly people like I traveled with, you should know in advance.
The kitchen was great!! And we started each day with a cooked meal. There is construction next door, so lots of noise (and music!!) during daytime hours, but we were touring, so not a big deal.
The staff were great! Courteous, helpful.. the manager speaks good English (if you need it).
This is in an IDEAL location. If you're healthy and 3 flights are no issue, I'd recommend this location.

Everything was good and clean. Only issue is we didn’t receive the access code. We had to wait for security get us a code. And in the morning the code was no longer working.

The process was very easy to get in. Wendy was extremely helpful with dealing with any issue we had - which only was a small one. It was great to be able to get a late check out. Also they hold the luggage for you since we had a late flight I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again. Thanks again for a wonderful time.
