The accommodation is very spacious, has 2 bedrooms, the main one with King size bed, full bathroom and dressing room, located in a building with elevator and 24/7 security.
The Space:
Very quiet apartment, in a building with 24-hour security, a few meters from Mexico Park and the Roma neighborhood.
It has two bedrooms with wardrobe, the main one with bathroom and dressing room.
Dining room and living rooom with cable TV and WIFI.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
It has towels for all guests and amenities such as shampoo and body wash.
Laundry room with washer and dryer all in one.

The Neighborhood:
Condesa is one of the trendiest and most walkable neighborhoods in Mexico City, with restaurants, bars, coffee houses and designer shops. It is famous for it's art Deco buildings and tree-lined boulevards. You can enjoy beautiful parks and it's centric location makes all the main city attractions (Historic Downtown, Chapultepec, museums, Zona Rosa, Roma) a short ride away. All the museums are closed on Monday.
Its located close to Oxxo or 7 eleven stores to a few blocks.
Near by restaurants for meal or dinner, Azul Condesa, Café la Selva, Chilpa.
Only a 10 minute walking is Av. Nuevo Leon has many other food options or if you prefer something more typical could be Michoacan market.
Getting Around:
Metrobus stations Campeche, Chilpancingo and subway station Chilpancingo five minutes walk away, also are several public bike stations around. The option to request Uber, it´s very safety.
Other Things to Note:
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
Interaction with Guests:
Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.
Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.

We loved having this as a home base, it was easy to catch an uber on our one-way street and extremely clean. There are many families with young children nearby. The neighborhood was really quiet at night other than some enthusiastic dogs. I appreciated the security guys and our private laundry. The fan and windows made for a comfortable space (we visited in April). The two bedrooms share a view of a tiny courtyard through the windows, but fyi you can also see into each others rooms. Expect to hear your neighbors above and below moving around/dropping things, but quiet hours were well respected. Also expect cold showers (small amount of hot water). The countertop filtered water is not potable per our host.We were asked to sign a receipt for our deposit which i understand is done in some places, but the host never arrived with it when expected so this must not have been critical. The couch is not super comfy, but what are you doing in your apartment, go see the city!As for the neighborhood - The corner brunch spot was always busy despite their limited menu, seemed to be a tourist and expat spot but great chilequiles, and the French bakery was yummy, if you want French pastries. You are a block or two from the Parque Mexico which we only visited on our last night and realized what we had been missing! Take a walk or two, even after dark it feels safe and friendly. You will do just fine if you speak only minimal Spanish and people are very patient with communication. Enjoy!!
