About this apartment rental
Summary:
Amazingly designed and bright apartment in the heart of Mexico trendiest neighborhood, really close to everything like malls, restaurants, hotels, parks and museums.
The Space:
Enjoy your own apartment with kitchen, dinning and living room, 2 bedrooms, one big with queen size bed and one small (service) with full bed both rooms with full bathroom and all the things you need to be comfortable. The second room is located next to the kitchen, they are not close to each other.
This stylish decorated apartment is 70 square meters with very nice interiors, like parquet floors or good water pressure. It's located con 3rd floor with two elevators, and has a janitor on daytime.
We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons such as smells or perceived cleanliness.

1. Select the correct number of guests, as the price varies.
2. Send IDs for all guests, including minors and the person who booked.
3. When booking, please confirm that you have read and accepted our rules and cancellation policy.
Guest Access:
Our guests will have the opportunity to enjoy all areas of the house; our goal is for them to fully savor their stay with us.
The Neighborhood:
Condesa is a vibrant area within walking distance of delicious, restaurants, bars, and cafes. The property boasts close access to the city center with historical places like La Roma, Polanco, and the Anthropology Museum.
Getting Around:
Uber its cheep, safe and always available. There is a "Safe taxi base" 2 blocks away and Metro Patriotismo is 1.4 km away, and if you don't feel like walking, you can take a bus just in front of the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
We have a two night minimum stay. Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out should be before 11 AM. If you need to check in early, please let us known and we will try depending upon availability.
Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $400 per day.
Laundry service upon request with an extra fee depending on the amount. Please ask with 24 hours in advance.
Parking fits small vans and sedans.
*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
*We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing machines and dryers or are located near a laundromat.
Interaction with Guests:
Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.
Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.

The apartment is in a great location! Great parks, cafes and restaurants nearby. Many important and interesting sights nearby or reasonable to access by walking, bike or occasional ride service (local DiDi was great) It’s a big city with a lot going on!Apartment was quiet, very clean and overall well maintained. Our only real concern was that the elevator at times didn’t work. Normally not a big deal, but I’m recently over an injury and we have a very old dog. These made taking 3 steep flights of stairs difficult. Manager Andrea was quick to respond to email messages about this and service somewhat quickly resumed. If you’re driving a car, the underground garage is small and tough to navigate, though we did!Overall, I recommend this place!
