Nido Condesa

The good: the apartment itself and facilities are in great condition. Great location. The staff are polite and responsive. Security at the front door 24/7 and check in was easy. The bad: Unbearable amounts of noise. I may have just had a bad experience but I don’t think I would book at Nido again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to a friend. Thankfully, I was only here for 3 nights or I would’ve cut my stay short and simply paid for a new hotel. I was placed in Unit 105 at the front of the hotel, which has a coffee shop on one side of the wall and reception on the other. The front door and entrance is basically attached, or adjacent, to the door to Unit 105. With all of that being said, this was the least sleep I got during my my two week stay in Mexico. Even with ear plugs I could hear my noisy neighbors on their outdoor patio which was connected to my unit, I could hear people coming and going at all hours of the night through the front door, and just when I thought I would be able to sleep in the early mornings, noise would start again with security, reception/front door, and the coffee shop opening at 7:00am. I never leave bad reviews but this was seriously the most noise I’ve had to deal with in my life. I’ve been to Mexico City several times, and stayed in various parts of Roma and Condesa and understand there’s a high level activity, which means noise. However, this was excessive. This has all the makings of a nice place but the location of Unit 105 is terrible. I would imagine that the units at the back of the building or on the second floor are better.

It was pretty clean and good location! I highly recommend to others this beautiful residence! I’ve stayed with my mom and she was SO satisfied! Don’t hesitate to stay

The location is perfect, many cafes and restaurants nearby. It’s convenient to go anywhere from here. However, the house was not very clean, especially the bedding. No facilities at all as it was like an airbnb. Staff was friendly and polite.
