Stay alright, terrible management.

Property was alright. Location good. Everything great until I check out and this scam of a company sends me a request for damage for a “broken” tv. Mind you I didn’t even touch the TV remote. Ridiculous and just looking who to take money from.

Great stay and location.

Location is near a big supermarket and Antara mall, bit far from the usual tourist spots but great for us since we don't want to stay in the tourist area.

The shower is quite small, temperature needs adjustment so it was a struggle. It wasn't as clean since we saw some random hair around the area. They literally do not have a ramp so be prepared to haul your luggages up to the reception area.

Very bad damage smell, hot water automatic switch (was attended after complaint) During mid stay cleaning, fresh towels were not provided. Used towels were folded and kept. No additional toilet roles or coffee capsules. All kept at minimum to check the box

Location was fine but very noisy!

Website said 2 Queen size beds but at least 1 was not as it was smaller than the other. Doubt very much any one was Queen size! Very small! Beds not comfortable at all , sheets not cotton. Also bathrooms very small. Water heater did not work properly last morning. All very basic! Kitchen and dining equipment minimal, 2 glasses and 3 breakfast cups for 4 people, had to take turns to have coffee. No complementary coffee at all. Unable to open windows at night due to the noise!!

It was ok

It needs a good deep cleaning. One bathroom is very small. The internet frequently went out. At one point my door code stopped working and no one responded to messages sent to the WhatsApp contact number. It took almost 1.5hours to get into the apartment. There was no safe box as described in the description.

Christopher was really quick to reply to my messages, and he was there when we arrived to welcome us. He offered to show us the building and what we had access to. The place itself was clean, and the rooms were very spacious. The kitchen was complete, and it felt like a home away from home for a few days.

No AC and really tiny spaces

easy access, free secure parking, elevator, washer and dryer in unit, bright space with big windows.

NO AC. AND shower water temperature changes hot and cold, hard to keep a constant temperature. furniture and bedspreads are stained, worn out towels with stains, a lot of noise from the street during the day, but it's pretty quiet from 11pm to 5am. Leaky shower heads and soap scum buildup on shower glass so its not even clear anymore. no washcloths or hand towels. just 2 bath towels and floor mat per bathroom. Very tiny spaces - I'm 5'4" and 140 lbs, and I barely fit in the bathroom. kitchen is super tiny. I hit my head 3 times on the vent over the stove because it's so low. Hit my leg on the bed. Hit my shoulder against the mirror and it almost fell off the wall. We did not cook in the kitchen, and I would not stay long term if I needed to cook. Bring your own coffee and laundry detergent. Also, this area is currently affected by water shortage, so they shut off the water from 10pm to 6am. so you have to rush back early enough if you like to shower at the end of the day. Our dinner ran long so we missed the cut off a few times and had to go to bed dirty.

This place is great, I would return!

I loved the location. Very close to restaurants and shopping areas. Including the big brands we walked to Palacio de Hierro. Museum Sumomaya is so close like a 5min drive.

No air conditioning, small fans not enough in the summer. Not comfortable shower, very challenging water heat system, even following the instructions it does now work properly.

All was perfect. Apart from the fact that we didn’t get the city view.

All was perfect all was clean. Host was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions.

The fact that we didn’t get the city view that was shown in the pictures made us feel a bit mislead. We understand that rooms are always subject to availability but no picture of the non city view room was shown when booking and only the city view pictures were available

Good standard room. All necessary household appliances. Modern interior. There are no foreign smells.

The room for rest is not intended absolutely! Huge windows overlook a busy street and very noisy. It is also on the sunny side and therefore very stuffy. There is no air conditioner. Windows cannot be opened due to noise.

Comfortable home away from home

Well decorated so felt more homely than many corporate hotels. Very nice view of the sunrise each morning. Host was very responsive and helped to resolve some of the things that didn't work so well (hot water issues, no ironing board etc). Very secure. Washing machine in the apartment is a real bonus - very easy to use.

The shower pressure is not strong. Noisy street below (didn't bother me much as you are high up and I used the fan).

Feel at home in Polanco

The rooms are located in a high rise condo building in Polanco. It is walking distance to grocery stores and shopping. The building is has 24/7 security and the lobby is secured through magnetic doors. The apartments are spacious and clean and are stocked with everything you need, which makes you feel at home.

Cold showers

Good location, nice view. Polite staff. Bed was comfortable. Clean apartment.

The showers don't work. Even following the very precise instructions it was still a challenge to get the water to the right temperature, and keep it there. It is also a terrible waste of water as you need to get the water to be boiling temperature, then wait for a few seconds before you can even start to get it to where you want and if you go past the middle point, be ready for a cold shower. There's a coffee machine and coffee filters but no coffee jug, which is essential for the coffee machine to work. One bed wasn't made, just had a naked duvet on it. We got random towels. 2 bathrooms with in total: 1 bath mat, 1 hand towel, 3 face towels, 4 bath towels.

the bad services since I paid 300 pesos more for the apartment 701 which located in floor 7th. but they changed my room from floor 7 to floor 1st. and they laid to me that the apartment of the floor 7th has problem of the water tubing. but I noticed that they were laying because when I asked the reception and the lady of the reception told me that the 701 has already has someone else living in there. that’s why they changed my room which has bad view of the city. I paid for this it’s just because I could see the city’s views.
