Clean, friendly, convenient walkable location

Very clean, the staff were so nice and responsive. The apartment was as described. Bed was very comfortable. The location was central - we easily walked to Chapultepec Park and the Anthropology Museum and all over Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. Plus there is a metro stop on the same block. We used the laundry room in the basement which was a huge bonus.

Minor awkward details mostly that we could easily deal with for a short term. The windows faced close other buildings and meant we kept the curtains drawn most of the time.

Excellent choice for staying in the La Condesa/Roma Norte area

Convenient location to a metro station; walking distance to many excellent cafes and restaurants, excellent, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of space within unit, lots of utencils to use within kitchen

The air was not circulating and so it can be rather stuffy when weather is warm outside. Rely on a fan to circulate air. Some traffic noise due to proximity to major traffic interaction.

Great location and very good security

The apartment itself required better maintenance. The entire apartment was reliant on one small portable air condition - and this wasn’t suffice during the daytime when it was really hot. The cleanliness can be better up-kept - eg the living room carpet was really dusty. The WiFi wasn’t working for two out of my three night stay.

The location was great, and the staff was amazing.

It was extremely dirty, hair everywhere, stains on the bed, and it looked like the sheets had not been changed between guests.

The apartment is charming, new and very well equipped! Clean towels, soaps and a fully equipped kitchen. The team in the bulding help us with any problem, the owner was availble for any question. We like the location!

Sometimes it was noisy from the street when police or ambulances were driving by, but that had nothing to do with this specific apartment.

Great place to stay

I had a great stay in Mexico City! The place itself was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really stood out, though, was the security staff, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel very welcome and safe throughout my stay. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay, apartment, and location. So happy we chose Myla Norte.

The reception staff/security was very friendly and helpful, was a very smooth check in/out process. The host even came to say hi, which was nice! Shes so lovely! Easy to communicate with and willing to help out!

Honestly, cant think of anything. The door keypad was a bit wonky at times and at one point was asking me to set up a code (i just reused what was provided to us), thats the only thing I can think of that we had feedback on.

An excellent facility all the way around!

We found this gem at the last minute since our flight was canceled and we had to find a nice room at the last minute. What a lovely place to stay! Firm beds, hot showers, stocked kitchenettes! Plus our host let us check in early and the gate guards were exceedingly friendly. Glad we found you!

Experiencia de disfrute total!

La ubicación muy cómoda, si bien está en la intersección de dos avenidas muy transitadas, las aberturas son de muy buena calidad y aíslan muy bien del ruido. Hay recepción permanente, lo que lo hace muy práctico y el departamento está muy bien equipado, las camas son cómodas y la sábanas y almohadas de muy buena calidad. Linda vista, luminoso y ventilado.

El depto es un poco acotado en cuanto a espacio, nosotros éramos 4 con poco equipaje, de haber tenido valijas de 23 kg se nos hubiera complicado circular, y en verano le vendría muy bien un aire acondicionado. Fuera de eso todo impecable!

Falta de limpieza

El apartamento es muy bonito, está bien decorado, la cama es muy grande y cómoda.

A pesar de las cosas positivas que tiene, no lo recomendaría, hay mucho ruido en la calle y se escucha mucho en el interior de la habitación, el ruido no para en toda la noche. Por otro lado el apartamento estaba sucio, considero que es algo inadmisible en un piso con ese precio, el suelo estaba sin fregar, había manchas negras en el suelo del baño, había pelos en el baño y en la cama, la mesa del comedor tenía manchas. Las sábanas estaban sucias, tenían manchas en las almohadas y en la colcha, el interior de la cama estaba arrugado como si alguien hubiera dormido anteriormente.

Muy buena localización. Llegamos antes de la hora del check in y guardaron nuestras maletas sin problemas. También las guardaron el día de check out. Personal de seguridad muy muy amable. La parada de metro se encuentra a menos de una cuadra.

Un poco de ruido la noche del viernes y del sábado por la cercanía de restaurantes. El resto de días muy tranquilo.

La ubicación es buena aunque es un barrio muy ruidoso

El apartamento es extremadamente caliente a pesar de la época, y tiene muy mala ventilación. Tenía un pequeño aire acondicionado y un ventilador pero no son suficientes y en las noches cuesta dormir por el calor y la falta de aire. Si se abre la ventana el ruido es demasiado fuerte para dormir

Appartement impeccable et extrêmement confortable. Il est par ailleurs très bien équipé (tout le nécessaire est fourni). Sa localisation à Roma Norte est parfaite et stratégique pour découvrir les alentours.

La pression de la douchette est faible et le jet n'est pas toujours fluide.

Vacaciones CDMX

Ubicación

Limpieza era cada 15 días, muchísimo tiempo. Debería ser al menos cada 3 días teniendo en cuenta que las personas van de vacaciones. Necesita fumigación urgente contra mosquitos, hay demasiados por todos lados, me tocó comprar un repelente de mosquitos. Cortaron la luz del apartamento aunque me reubicaron momentáneamente en otro apartamento pero es incómodo y el otro apartamento no tenía las mismas características.
