Location, price
It's in a residential building and the building staff cannot help you at all, everything had to be arranged with your host, it is an old building and the apartment has been mildly renovated just to make it look ok

The beds were very comfortable, the concierge was very friendly. Location is great, can be noisy for the front bedroom as it's on the street side. In spite of a few cons, it was still good value for the price.
No dish towels, dish soap, and not enough plates and cutlery for the number of guests. Only give one set of keys. One toilet was leaking, but they've been made aware, so hopefully, that gets fixed.
