Me encanta reservar con Wynwood House no solo por la comodidad y que me hacen sentir como en casa, sino por los servicios adicionales que ofrecen como servicio de spa y transporte y puedo coordinarlo con anticipación para tenerlo todo listo para mí reserva.

Me gustó la comodidad del departamento, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado y la atención que me dieron de parte del equipo de atención al cliente fue buena, fueron atentos conmigo. El personal de recepción me hizo sentir bienvenida. Definitivamente volvería

The property appears nice and new. The space was very clean and well designed. The building felt safe with multiple security codes and a staffed front desk during the day. We arrived earlier than our check in and were able to leave our luggage there to explore the city. The location is situated perfectly between Condesa and Roma Norte, with many great cafe options in walking distance.
There is a strong sewage smell coming from the toilets that is noticeable through the living spaces. It was too cold to keep the patio door open, otherwise I think that would have helped. I have experienced this in other properties in Mexico so it may be unavoidable. We also found the check in process requiring selfies and pictures of our banking information to be o early intrusive. It felt unsafe sending this information, especially after they incorrectly message a fellow traveler using my name.

Las instalaciones están bonitas y cómodas
Muy mala organización por parte de la recepción No hay quien atienda y sepa bien su logística y al llegar piden muchos protocolos como selfie y datos bancarios que hacen dudar te contactan por medio de whatssap y tardan mucho en entregar y contestar los mensajes
En general tienen muy mala organización
