Location is perfect, lighting in the room and room size is very confortable
The sofa on our room was very stinky, as if it had been wet and then didn’t dried properly, this made it hard to spend a relaxed evening watching TV/Streaming since the TV is directly in the sofa room

Location is great.
The rooms are great, great space.
Beds are very comfortable and big.
Hard to find any major flaws really
As others mentioned noise in morning can be a problem, although I'm not sure if this can be avoided in CdMx.
Only thing I didn't like is the balcony door didn't lock properly and the main door is accessed via a code but once you're in there is no security latch or way to confirm the door is locked - it's fine but personally think it's better to have an internal lock also.

Location was AMAZING, bed was nice and big. The space was quite bright and nice to be in.
I has a few issues with our stay:
- AC wasn't working on night one, but they fixed that for us.
- AC did not work in the gym and there was no plan to fix it when I asked
- Ants were crawling up our drains in the bath room
- Towels initially had make up on them.
- The kitchen was not stocked properly. Tiny glasses, no appliances - would have been great to have a coffee maker or blender.
- walls were dirty - they really needed a wipe down
