All was great.

The bed was fabulous. The management was very responsive to every single inquiry. It was helpful to have a woman who spoke English to help us at the desk. We felt very safe there especially with a doorman 24/7.
Would have preferred a toilet seat that covered the toilet bowl.
The couch was quite uncomfortable. No support for your back.

good location in the City, a good coffee shop right next door with very friendly service
Some street noise, because you can only drink bottled water, it would be better to have a regular supply rather than two small bottles

This was a very convenient location, close to Condesa and Roma Norte neighborhoods with lots of good food in walking distance.
The room and bed were very comfortable, facilities worked well, and the balcony let in nice light.
The wifi worked well through the stay.

It was clean.
Do not stay at this property. It is not safe or secure. They have removed locks of ALL the balcony doors (because they were having issues with it locking guests out on the balcony). I cannot believe that management is so lazy that instead of replacing the locks on the doors they have chosen to just take them off completely. They removed the locks months ago and have absolutely zero intention on replacing them.
I noticed this on the first night before heading to bed and immediately messaged saying our lock was broken. They kept informing me that it was “not an issue” and that they had “security” (I never saw any members of a security team, they do have security cameras though). I asked if we could be moved to a room that had all windows and doors locked and they informed me there was none and all the rooms were like this. I asked if tomorrow they could get maintenance to replace the locks, even if just temporary for my stay. They said this was “not possible”. I asked if I could be refunded for the remaining nights so I could go somewhere I felt more safe and they refused. We ended up leaving Mexico City a day early as we were getting no sleep. The sound proofing of the building is also very bad so every bump and knock made us scared.
The balcony faces into a courtyard which is why the consider it “safe”. However it would be extremely easy to get there from the street over this concrete wall as there is some sort of box on the street side that would make climbing over extremely easy. They also said because we were on the 3rd floor we were “safe”. I feel bad for people lower than us as no one has a lockable door. Additionally, the wall would be extremely easy to climb, I think most people under 35 who are reasonably fit could climb it. Additionally, the other side of the sliding door was fixed 1-2cm open, I will attach a photo.
In a city like Mexico City, and as two travelling women, we felt very unsafe in this apartment.

good location
all was good with the exception of too many communications from the vendor. Too removed from a human experience. ongoing expectation for rating etc. is a nuisance.

The place had a great location and the host was very welcoming specially if I had any question
I whisper in a 7 day stay I had at least 1 day where the cleaning staff would go by

The area is fine.
The rooms initially appear clean, but it’s deceptive. Once you look beneath the surface, everything is extremely dirty. This became undeniable when the kitchen sink drain failed and flooded the cupboard and the floor. Despite repeated requests, no one came to help and nothing was repaired. I was forced to use every bath towel to clean up the mess, and only then did they replace the towels—still without addressing the actual problem.
There is significant dirt under the mattresses, and the floors and public areas show heavy grime and deteriorated finishes. Overall cleanliness is far below an acceptable standard.
Additionally, the Booking.com-listed services were misleading, and the on-property service was terrible, with little effort to resolve any issues.

The location is very good and the elevator works. That's where it ends.
It appears clean at first glance, but the moment you actually use anything, it becomes clear that the cleanliness is only on the surface. When I checked under the mattress to make sure I hadn’t left anything behind, it was disgusting—as if it had never been cleaned. The same is true in the kitchen: anything beyond what you immediately see is dirty in a way that’s genuinely unacceptable.
On top of that, the apartment is stocked by people who clearly don’t understand what a functional rental needs. Instead of a proper dish sponge, they provide the equivalent of a single handy wipe, making it impossible to wash dishes unless you go out and buy your own. And in CDMX, apartment rentals almost always offer either a reverse-osmosis system in the kitchen for potable water or an unlimited supply of bottled water. This apartment provides neither.
These are basic expectations, not luxuries, and they make the stay far less comfortable than it should be.
I’ve been offering short-term rentals in NYC, Mexico City, San Miguel de Allende, and elsewhere for over 30 years—long before Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Expedia even existed—so I know what works and what guests can reasonably expect. During my previous two stays, I offered Wynwood practical, constructive suggestions that would have significantly improved their operations. All of them were ignored.
I’m currently staying here again—my last stay—because I assumed they would have corrected these issues by now. They haven’t. In fact, everything mentioned above is worse on this visit. I’ll include full details when Booking.com requests my comments. The short version is this: the kitchen sink drain floods the floor almost immediately when used, creating both a major inconvenience and yet another reminder of how unclean the apartment truly is. Because no one came to fix the issue, I had to use all of the bath towels to soak up the mess, which only further revealed how dirty everything actually is.
And one more important note: on the Booking.com platform, it clearly states that the property offers parking. It does not. There is no on-site parking—only regular street parking like anywhere else in the city. This is misleading and simply incorrect.
It’s unfortunate, because the place itself is nice, but it is truly disastrously run.

The algorithm on price spiked the price to stay there an additional night. At first they said there was no vacancy but on booking I found they had a vacancy. When I paid more, they changed their story. They had space for me to stay another night. Travelers, wise up. Hotels are profiting through a monopoly based on collusion on price with their competitors via software. we fill these hotels (apartment buildings that used to be someone’s home) with cash so that corporate chains/greedy landlords don’t have to pay their workers a peso more. Through software they collude with every other hotel. When point in fact, there was space for me and I should’ve been given the rate I paid for the other 3 days. Don’t get numbed to the fact that price collusion was/is against the law. Laws used to protect us now software legitimizes a market weapon.
How they lied and manipulated the price.

The location is fantastic.
I chose this place as a precursor to a possible long term rental as I am being posted to Mexico City soon.
The unit is nothing to write home about as it was a basic one bedroom, but it was in a convenient location and available for last minute booking. It's very noisy from the street as many units are in the city, but it doesn't bother me so that's not an issue.
I would have considered a long term rental here for the next as my base in the city, except for the fact that I received a message a few days after my check out stating the towel was "stained" with makeup and I will be charged with 20 USD. Now this may sound petty, but in all my hundreds of travels around the world, high end to budget to everything in between, I have never been charged for "stained" towels. It's 20 usd, nothing major, but it leaves a really bad taste in my mouth given the fact that I feel I was a respectful guest--I had even washed the dishes, tidied up the bathroom and the bed, etc (basically treated it as a good guest like in an Airbnb), and yes, I did leave a small tip for the housekeeper. Funniest part--I don't even use or own makeup.
It's 20 usd so it's not the biggest deal, but it leaves an extremely bad impression to me and makes me feel the need to warn the next guests to DOCUMENT EVERYTHING upon check in. Everything. What a mood killer, right?
I most definitely will not feel comfortable coming back.

This hotel was in a great location!! Very walkable to restaurants and sites and easy to get a taxi or uber when needed. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The room we stayed in was very nice, but the bathroom sink was leaking and it was clear they had been working on it but hadn’t finished. We just put a cup until the drip to catch the water and it was fine.

Convenient location, easy check-in
Room was not that clean, many mosquitos inside the apartment making our night miserable
1.0 / 10.0
The place is clean.
Check-in takes forever! Took me 35 minutes to get to my room (even though I was the only one arriving!) thanks to ridiculous red tape: demanding lots of docs, filling forms, pictures and a bunch of personal & financial info. Contrary to their pretext, I've stayed at dozens of places in Mexico City and this is not necessary "per regulations."
Also, they falsely advertise they have parking - they have not, and I had to leave my car in the street at great expense and risk.
Lastly, the place is very noisy. Not recommended at all.
5.0 / 10.0
I liked the location and ease of getting into the apartment.
I was displeased with the fact that we were only given one set of towels. We had a spill and were told that additional towels would cost extra. Plus, the view was not what it was advertised to be and the vinyl on of the wood in the bathroom was peeling. There were marks on the wall, an entire shelf was missing, and the A/C had a rattling sound and a leak nearly half the time we were there. They fixed those last two things, but that should've been taken care of before having new people come and stay.

honestly it was a very pleasant experience. The room layout was great, not too small and it had everything you could need. also the room was very clean and the toileties that they left were very clean.
i wish there was room service for essentials, like toilet paper and garbage disposal. also the lights on the corridor could be seen from inside the room. garbage can maybe was a little bit too small also.

I really loved my stay here. For 4 nights it was perfectly located, clean, great facilities- loved the kitchen/ gym/ laundry room. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
Some minor issues:
- balcony door doesn’t lock- apparently because too many people have locked themselves out- I think it is the responsibility of the management to replace this lock with one that doesn’t allow people to be locked out as it is unacceptable in a city like CDMX to not feel fully secure.
- only 2 of 4 washer/driers worked
- gym was great but could do with some heavier dumbbells
- there was some fragrance in the apartment- maybe in the furniture or air vents, that was giving me allergies
6.0 / 10.0
Good locations, very big spacious rooms. Laundry on site. Gym and roof terrace as well.
The toilet seat was broken so the back was constantly touching you when you were on the loo! Our air conditioning also broke and leaked water everywhere in the evening.

Horrible experience
Children abuse and I was not well received, I found cameras inside and I was intimidated by the owner forcing me to leave with violence
3.0 / 10.0
Great location, comfortable beds, modern facilities. The security guard at check-in tried to help but spoke no English.
Checking in was a nightmare - do NOT book for a same-day stay. Despite being listed as available for same-day stay, when we arrived, we weren't allowed to check in until we supplied a code that had supposedly been emailed to us (it hadn't). There is no reception, just a security guard who only speaks Spanish. It took over 1 hour, multiple phone calls and emails to check in. The central call centre repeatedly hung up on us, refused to send the code, and overall were unhelpful. Ruined our experience.
In addition, in one room, the aircon and hot water didn't work.

Good location, nice apartment and friendly staff.
A cleaning service should be offered for longer stays and the shower handle had fallen off so my partner cut both his hands quite badly trying to turn it on.

100% me volvería a hospedar aquí!
4.0 / 10.0

8.0 / 10.0
