This location is in the middle of Roma. The apartments are spacious, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with a full closet to properly unpack. The laundry was so nice to have and the patio with the hammock made for lovely afternoons. There is even a small space heater and extra fluffy blanket for the bed. The roku set up is nice for the smart tv. The apartment feels super safe and is mostly quiet compared to the other guests. this is the fastest wifi i have ever had anywhere i have ever stayed!

The area can get loud but that happens when you stay in the middle of it all. The oven didnt work and when I tried to arrange to get it to work no one could help me.

The location was great in terms of being easy walking distance to wonderful Condesa and Roma Norte restaurants. That being said, it is right next to a busy road and a TON of EXTREMELY LOUD bars and night clubs. The balcony was nice-ish. However, I think it probably gets very hot in that apartment when it’s warmer with all of the big windows and poor insulation.

DO NOT STAY HERE - I don’t know how this place has a single positive review. I almost never bother leaving reviews, but this place was so disappointing… 1. THE NOISE. There are many LOUD bars and nightclubs nearby and they had loud music going until well past 2 or 3 am. This apartment seems to have very little insulation, because you can hear the music like you’re on the street. They don’t provide ear plugs. I had to sleep with my AirPods with both noise cancelling and white noise to have any hope of drowning out the noise. 2.Run down. Don’t let the beautiful photos fool you. The chairs were all stained, there were cigarette burn marks on several pieces of furniture, the kitchen cabinets were delaminating, the walls were all chipped or cracked, I could go on. 3. Dirty. Everything is dingy. The windows are streaked, the walls all have smudges, the baseboards are filthy, the towels are gray and old, it’s just gross. 4. No customer service. Not once did I get a response when messaging the contact provided, and only saw someone who wasn’t a security guard once during our entire stay. 5. The key. You have to leave either your drivers license or a $20 bill with the security card in exchange for the room key. If you want a second one, fork over another $20. 6. THE BED AND THE PILLOWS. Oh my god, most uncomfortable bed and pillows in the world. The bed is basically a layer of squishy foam on top of a rock. The pillows are the most gargantuan foam things ever - at least 6” thick, and they do not squish. They were unusable so we had to sleep without pillows.

Excellent communication with the staff upon check in. Super friendly. Perfect location- 5 min walk to La Condesa, the hotel is in Roma Norte with restaurants/ bars one min walk away. There’s so much to do in this location. Great energy. The hotel was like an apartment. Lots of space, good light, all appliances functioning. We didn’t use the washer but if we stayed longer, I would have. We reserved the penthouse suite in the top floor (6th floor). The unit had a private rooftop garden. This was excellent for a cocktail around sunset.

Everything was wonderful. I guess the only downside was no gym. But that’s not a deal breaker for us because we walked everywhere in the neighborhood.

The property was very well kept. Exactly what you see in the pictures. The beds were really comfortable. I was a little nervous about not having a/c but honestly I did not need it at all. The apartment stayed cool even in the afternoons when it typically gets warm. Everything was modern and up to date.

I don’t have any negative feed back.

Great location in Mexico City, near a lot of restaurants and walkable areas. Apartment was clean, spacious, and very modern.

On the weekends, the loud noise from the club on that street will carry through the walls, and they party until very late. Bring earplugs!

In general the apartment was fine, middle of the road. Neighborhood was calm, supermarket, restaurants close by (try eating around the corner at Mercado Roma (streetfood))

Kitchen was very sparsely equipped. Would have liked some instructions regarding use of the washer/dryer. Didn’t realize that it could dry until shortly before our departure. Bad smell in the room with the washing machine.

This comment is not about the property but the cleaning products,fabric softener, and scent sticks They smell terrible. They smell of the chemicals they are made from I put the extra pillows in the closet and the scent sticks on the patio This helped the headache these products give me it is my only criticism of my stay I believe no one would miss the added scent. That is my stand

Host responds timely through Whatsapp, but is never present at the hotel.

The pictures shown on this listing do not match the rooms. When I asked the host why our room did not look like the listing. She said, those are just general pictures. This trip was for my birthday, so I was very specific about the type of room I wanted. This did not meet the standard at all. There was no front desk to check in/out at. It was a computer desk with no one ever there. The person who checked us in was the maintenance/security guard. Our room was a penthouse room, which only came with 2 towels in the bathroom. My husband went downstairs to ask for more towels and was told by a young girl at the front that they can't give us more than 2 towels. And if we wanted clean towels, we needed to bring down the dirty ones; they won't go get them. I have NEVER heard of hotels not giving you 1 more towel. This is absurd! I read the reviews previously to booking this hotel, and I did read that there was a club in front, and it was a little loud. That is incorrect! It is VERY loud! Unfortunately, I would NOT recommend staying here.

The rooms are spacios, valet parking

No airconditioning, no tv channels, the location was difficult to find. Very unfriendly employee's except for the recepcionist and host, although we never met our host in person

The staff was lovely. Priscilla was amazing and made sure we were comfortable throughout our long stay.

DO NOT PARK HERE! The parking is included but managed separately. You are forced to use the terrible valet services they provide. Alejandro damaged our car and was extremely rude the whole time (we saw him do the same to other people cars) The valet services took no responsibility for the damage. As this is a seperate management I did not include as part of the rating.

Great location, nice apartment with everything you’d need. I Was a bit hesitant to book it initially due to the comments about noise from nearby clubs, however, even as a light sleeper, I was able to sleep totally fine.

Location is great, close to many restaurants, bars and other key spots, staff is friendly and attentive, premises were clean (bathroom could use some improvements).

Bathroom needs attention ( a bit smelly and the floor of the shower needs extra cleaning).

There's 24hr security so we felt safe the whole time. The hostess was super nice, and very responsive. We arrived early before standard check in time and she helped us to find a place to rest before the room is ready. There were minor issues with the room and she helped to resolve those very quickly. Everyone on site we met were super nice as well. The door man doesn't speak English but we were able to communicate with Translate app. Location is fairly convenient to everywhere with bus stations nearby. There are coffee shops, parks, markets, restaurants and food stands within walking distance. Both rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Kitchen has everything needed.

The neighborhood is not as vibrant as we expected, but maybe that's how the whole city was like to me. Cute shops and coffee shops are walkable but not next door as I thought. There's a big sketchy building right in front of our room which makes the view less pleasant, and if the curtain's up, our whole living room can be seen from that building. (But there's a very cute dog in the patio of that building that I could see constantly).

This place was disgusting. The sheets and towels were all old, yellowish and covered in stains. The floors were dirty. The trash was full with other people’s trash when we arrived. The location is horrible. The enormous glass doors opening to an abandoned building that was terrifying to look at. We could see animals living and crawling through the broken glass. Tried to leave and get a refund and neither the owners nor booking.com was helpful.

Unit was rough. Looks like the art and bedroom tv were stripped out judging by the blank walls and mounting screws left in their place. Sheets were stained. Loud neighborhood on weekend nights. Loud because of traffic. No screens on the windows and no ac meant bugs would get in if you wanted to cool things off. Would not book here again.

You have everything you need in the apartment for a comfortable stay.

Spacious place with plenty of bedding which was really comfortable. Loads of clothes storage and big walk in shower too.

Floors were dirty. Balcony was flooded for 4 days with blocked drain.

Great location! Enough room for the 4 of us. Within walking distance of condesa and Roma’s restaurants and cafes. Staff were super helpful and any questions I could WhatsApp the team.

The location is in a great part of the city, the neighborhood was fun and lively and had a lot of options for places to eat and drink. The scene was also pretty lively at night, and we had a great time going out in the evenings.

There is no AC and if you open the windows, it's super noisy. It gets hot in the apt without AC. The view from the large picture window faces a disgusting abandoned building which is a major eyesore. It really dampened my mood despite the nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment we had.

The noise from the clubs around. If funny that one of the rules is quiet hours between 10pm-8pm. But there is a club that starts at 8pm and you will hear all the noise until 1.50am (that’s when it’s stops). The bed wasn’t the most comfortable

all amenities were provided in the room and the manager Priscilla was very responsive and helpful.

the tv remotes did not work and needed help. the microwave stopped working and was not replaced.

It was an easy walk and central location to transportation and close to bars & restaurants.

Noisy. Unit had a lot of wear and tear. Cleanliness was fair. We stayed over one week and there was no maid service. You have to ask for more toilet paper, etc. The biggest insult was the $20 bucks I was charged to replace my "plastic" disposable room key (an absolute rip off). The living room couch uncomfortable, lack of privacy from adjacent units, and kitchen was poorly equipped, WD in unit had no instructions on how to use. I would chose another location.
