Good location great value
The room is on the small side especially the restroom but over all good. For some reason the elevator was out of service 👎

The bathroom sink was clogged during our stay and had an unpleasant smell coming from the drain. This was quite uncomfortable and affected the overall cleanliness and experience. I hope the hotel will address the plumbing issue and ensure the bathroom is properly checked and maintained before future guests arrive. We stayed for three nights, in spite of our complaints to the front desk, they did nothing.

Excellent service

We stayed twice. While the public spaces are great, the standard room was subpar. The double bed is extremely bouncy, so you are disturbed whenever your partner moves. The area around the bed was too narrow for my husband to comfortably do push ups. We were looking forward to having a king bed for our second visit, but the hotel said Agoda told them our reservation was for a double bed even though our Agoda confirmation showed a king bed. We had the inverse of our prior room, but with the bathroom having a window, and this was much worse since the shower was considerably smaller and uncomfortable even for thin people. The rooms are extremely noisy with organ grinders repeating irritating music all day and heavy nightclub beats at night. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The unlimited water bottles at the 24-hour cafe was extremely convenient, and it was cool to be able to get free snacks (though the bean burrito was very liquidy). While we loved the rooftop café, and the staff was very friendly, the room was so annoying, we won't come back for our next trip.
