We're a couple that stayed for 4 nights. Floors were dirty when we arrived but we requested for housekeeping to clean it and they came pretty quickly and cleaned it up well. Toilet wasn't flushing the first day as well and had to request for maintenance 2 times, although the toilet continued to leak until we left. Service staff were phenomenal. They were friendly and attended to our needs with care. Hotel seems to be undergoing upgrading and we probably still got the old rooms. Location was great and within walking distance to cafes, restaurants. Overall stay was ok but I would try other hotels next time.

The location is amazing, walking distance to so many cute shops and cages. The rooms were clean and I loved having a balcony. The bathtubs were huge. The front desk service and staff were so friendly and kind, they gave us free flowers and candy and popcorn. Room was clean and cute. The rooftop pool really sold it for us, so nice sitting up there. Loved everything about this hotel.
