    El personal es muy bueno, pero el hotel se siente viejo, deberían hacer algo al respecto. Los muebles y las paredes de los cuartos son viejos y la tele ni se diga, un poco decepcionante no poder usar servicios de streaming

    Las instalaciones se ven un poco descuidadas, aunque la habitación era muy amplia, pero los baños públicos estaban completamente descuidados y sucios. Está relativamente bien.

    I stayed at Sevill Hotel for 2 nights. My room window faced the courtyard, and for me the room was too dark, even when all the lights were turned on. There were also two things missing that are important for me during any hotel stay: 1. A kettle for making tea — I had to somehow use the coffee machine to boil water. 2. Slippers — I eventually bought a pair outside. I don’t understand why these two basic items are not included, especially since I stayed in another hotel in Mexico with the same issue. Overall, the staff was kind, the location is nice, and the hotel feels safe. However, if you are claustrophobic, I recommend choosing a room with windows that open to the outside, not to the courtyard. And if you love tea like me, bring your own small kettle for boiling water.
